We are now seeking a Functional Development Manager to drive the evolution of our engineering function within R&D. This is a strategic, non-operational role with a direct pathway to CTO.
Your Role- Shape and execute technical strategy aligned with bespoke solutions vision
- Validate architectural designs, technology stacks, and engineering approaches
- Define and uphold coding standards and quality assurance across projects
- Analyze and streamline engineering processes and workflows
- Support DevOps initiatives including CI/CD and infrastructure best practices
- Mentor technical teams and contribute to hiring and onboarding of developers
- Engage in resource planning and risk management in collaboration with leadership
Your Profile
- 4+ years in full-stack development using JavaScript + Python/PHP
- 2+ years in management or technical leadership roles
- Deep experience building and refining engineering processes
- Proven success in fixed-price project delivery
- Proficient in frameworks like React/Vue, with solid CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes knowledge
- English at Upper-Intermediate+ level for clear communication with leadership
Preferred Extras: AWS/ISTQB certifications and up-to-date familiarity with IT trends

Our company (NDA) develops a cutting-edge operating system for autonomous computing, enabling a wide range of robotic platforms to perform tasks from high-risk missions to everyday logistics and even life-saving operations. Our industry-leading software powers robotic fleets worldwide and has been recognized by the U.S. government as the future standard for its drone program.
We’re now looking for a UAV Training Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze operational documentation and training materials.
- Ensure completeness, operability, and availability of equipment and consumables.
- Plan and prepare training flights, including mission setup, weather assessment, and equipment checks.
- Deliver training sessions according to approved programs.
- Coordinate trainees’ learning process across all training stages.
- Plan routes and conduct flights together with trainees.
- Organize and oversee the full cycle of a training flight.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of UAV/UAS.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on trainee performance.
What We Expect
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with UAVs (operator, pilot, or technician roles).
- Basic understanding of aviation meteorology.
- Knowledge of UAV pre-flight procedures and in-flight monitoring.
- Ability to react to abnormal flight situations.
- Public speaking or training delivery experience.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
- Readiness for work-related travel.
- Mandatory: Category B driver’s license.
- English proficiency (B1+).
- Nice-to-have: experience in aeromodelling, volunteering in training schools, or similar hobbies.
