Про роль 

АТ «Фонд декарбонізації України» шукає Бізнес-аналітика / Product Owner, який буде відповідати за формування вимог до цифрових продуктів, розвиток внутрішніх та зовнішніх сервісів Товариства та узгодження потреб бізнесу з ІТ-рішеннями. 

Це роль для людини, яка вміє працювати з процесами, даними та користувачами, бачить продукт цілісно та здатна перетворювати ідеї й потреби в чіткі вимоги та працюючі цифрові рішення. 

Зони відповідальності 

• Збір, аналіз та формалізація бізнес-вимог від структурних підрозділів. 
• Опис та моделювання бізнес-процесів (AS-IS / TO-BE). 
• Формування та ведення backlog цифрових продуктів і сервісів. 
• Пріоритизація вимог та задач з урахуванням цілей Товариства. 
• Підготовка технічних та функціональних вимог для команд розробки. 
• Участь у плануванні розвитку цифрових продуктів (roadmap). 
• Взаємодія з ІТ-командою, користувачами, власниками процесів. 
• Приймання результатів робіт та участь у тестуванні рішень. 
• Аналіз ефективності впроваджених рішень, підготовка пропозицій щодо покращень. 
• Участь у проєктах цифрової трансформації Товариства. 

Кого ми шукаємо 

• Досвід роботи бізнес-аналітиком, системним аналітиком або Product Owner (від 1 року). 
• Досвід опису бізнес-процесів та вимог (BPMN, UML або аналогічні підходи). 
• Розуміння життєвого циклу цифрових продуктів і ІТ-проєктів. 
• Вміння працювати з вимогами, пріоритизацією та очікуваннями стейкхолдерів. 
• Аналітичне мислення, структурованість, уважність до деталей. 
• Навички комунікації та презентації рішень.

У зв'язку з розширенням нашого IT-відділу та запуском нових стратегічних проєктів, ми шукаємо проактивного, системного та відповідального Бізнес-аналітика, здатного самостійно вести складні домени. Обов’язки кандидата:

• Аналізувати бізнес-процеси: Вивчати існуючі робочі процеси, знаходити можливості для їх покращення та автоматизації.
• Збирати та управляти вимогами: Проводити інтерв'ю з внутрішніми замовниками (стейкхолдерами) для виявлення та формалізації бізнес-потреб.
• Створювати технічну документацію: Писати детальні та зрозумілі технічні завдання (ТЗ) для розробників, описувати логіку роботи нових функцій.
• Моделювати процеси: Візуалізувати бізнес-логіку за допомогою нотацій BPMN/UML (за потреби).
• Управляти командою: Керувати та менторити невелику команду, що складається з 3 дизайнерів та 2 тестувальників; постановка завдань, контроль їх виконання.
• Тісно співпрацювати з розробкою: Бути "мостом" між бізнесом та IT, консультувати команду під час розробки, брати участь у плануванні спринтів.
• Вести документацію: Підтримувати актуальність проєктної документації в Notion та вести беклог завдань у Jira.
• Брати участь у тестуванні: Розробляти сценарії для приймального тестування (UAT) та перевіряти готовий функціонал на відповідність вимогам.
  
  Обов’язки кандидата:
• Стратегічний аналіз та оптимізація: Проводити глибокий аналіз бізнес-процесів (As Is/To Be), ідентифікувати больові точки та пропонувати комплексні рішення для автоматизації та підвищення ефективності на рівні архітектури процесів.
• Управління повним циклом вимог: Ефективно збирати, аналізувати, документувати та валідувати бізнес-, користувацькі та функціональні вимоги для складних модулів та інтеграцій.
• Розробка технічної документації: Створювати високоякісні, детальні та однозначні технічні завдання (ТЗ), специфікації (SRS) та інші артефакти, що забезпечують чітке розуміння вимог командою розробки.
• Моделювання процесів та даних: Професійно використовувати нотації BPMN 2.0, UML та діаграми та прототипи для візуалізації складних бізнес-процесів, системної логіки та структури даних.
• Лідерство та менторство: Керувати та менторити невелику команду (3 дизайнерів та 2 тестувальників); забезпечувати якісну постановку, пріоритезацію та контроль виконання їхніх завдань, сприяти їх професійному розвитку.
• Комунікація та вирішення конфліктів: Виступати ключовим "мостом" між бізнесом (включно з топ-менеджментом) та IT, ефективно управляти очікуваннями стейкхолдерів та вирішувати конфлікти вимог.
• Управління документацією та беклогом: Підтримувати високий рівень актуальності та структурованості проєктної документації в Notion/Confluence та вести, пріоритезувати беклог завдань у Jira.
• Управління якістю: Розробляти детальні сценарії для приймального тестування (UAT), координувати процес тестування та забезпечувати відповідність готового функціоналу бізнес-цілям.
• Участь у плануванні та архітектурі: Активна участь у плануванні спринтів/релізів, оцінці складності рішень та обговоренні архітектурних рішень із командою розробки.
  
   

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

• Має комерційний досвід роботи бізнес-аналітиком або IT-проектним менеджером від 2 років.
• Розуміє життєвий цикл розробки ПЗ та гнучкі методології (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
• Має досвід збору, аналізу та документування вимог.
• Вміє працювати з інструментами управління проєктами (Jira, Notion або аналогами).
• Має базові технічні знання (розуміє, що таке API, бази даних, як працюють веб-застосунки).
• Відмінний комунікатор: вміє слухати, ставити правильні запитання та чітко доносити думки.
• Проактивний, самостійний та орієнтований на результат.

Буде перевагою:

• Технічна освіта або досвід у розробці/тестуванні.
• Досвід роботи в логістиці або з ERP-системами.
• Досвід управління командою або менторства
