About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst in the Account Management and Sales team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in fintech while strengthening your analytical, operational, and business skills.

• 5+ years of experience business/system analysis;

• Управління вимогами: Формування та підтримка baseline вимог на основі RFI; забезпечення повноти, узгодженості та трасованості вимог.
• Технічний контроль: Рев’ю документації вендора та перевірка відповідності архітектурним принципам (Microservices, On-prem).
• Аналіз інтеграцій: Валідація REST API, SSO, рольових моделей та обміну метриками.
• Приймання рішень (QA/UAT): Формування Acceptance Criteria, підготовка UAT сценаріїв та чек-листів для підсистем.
• Контроль якості: Участь у демонстраціях та релізах, виявлення відхилень у рішеннях вендора та ініціювання Change Requests.
• Координація: Ведення Decision Log та синхронізація очікувань між Замовником, внутрішньою командою та вендором.

Вимоги до кандидата

• Досвід: 4+ років роботи бізнес- або системним аналітиком у складних ІТ-системах.
• Інтеграції: Практичний досвід з REST API, SSO, OAuth2 / OIDC, рольовими моделями.
• Документація: Досвід рев’ю Solution Design, інтеграційних контрактів та нефункціональних вимог (NFR).
• Архітектура: Розуміння принципів Microservices та особливостей On-prem розгортання.
• Інструменти: Впевнена робота з Jira, Confluence та Traceability Matrix.
• Особисті якості: Уважність до деталей, скрупульозність, здатність аргументовано відстоювати позицію.
• Безпека: Готовність працювати в security-sensitive середовищі та пройти перевірку (включаючи поліграф).

• Досвід з LMS або EdTech-платформами (SCORM / xAPI / cmi5);

Що ти будеш робити?

• Аналізувати бізнес-процеси клієнтів і брати участь у передпроєктних дослідженнях;
• Спілкуватися з клієнтами на всіх етапах впровадження Odoo;
• Збирати та документувати вимоги, готувати технічні завдання і проєктну документацію;
• Налаштовувати модулі Odoo під потреби бізнесу;
• Зіставляти бізнес-вимоги з можливостями Odoo та пропонувати ефективні варіанти реалізації;
• Проводити навчання, створювати інструкції та надавати підтримку користувачам системи.

👀 Про роль:

Продукт Precoro складається з кількох модулів, кожен із яких має свою кросфункціональну команду (QA, Dev, PM)

Зараз шукаємо Business Analyst у Documents модуль.

Це роль з прямим впливом на продукт: ти будеш формувати інсайти, які допомагають команді приймати рішення і запускати зміни, що реально впливають на користувачів.

📍 Формат роботи: гібридний (офіс у Києві + можна поєднувати з навчанням)

💡 Що ти будеш робити:

— Аналізувати, як клієнти користуються продуктом
— Виявляти проблеми, стоп-фактори та точки росту 
— Проводити дослідження (ринок, конкуренти, ERP-системи, внутрішні дані)
— Пропонувати рішення для покращення функціоналу та UX
— Працювати із запитами клієнтів: знаходити повторювані та визначати найбільш критичні
— Формувати інсайти, які стають основою для продуктових рішень

Що для цього потрібно:

— 1+ рік досвіду в ролі BA / Product Manager / Data Analyst
— Досвід роботи з метриками та аналітикою (usage, adoption, поведінка користувачів)
— Вміння формувати інсайти на основі даних
— Досвід взаємодії з технічною командою (Dev, QA, Product)
— Розуміння SDLC (від планування до релізу)
— Практичний досвід роботи з SQL
— Англійська на рівні B2+
— Освіта у сфері технологій, економіки або суміжних напрямків

➕ Буде плюсом:

— Розуміння JSON та API-відповідей
— Базові знання Python або PHP

Куди можна рости:
