To continue scaling, we’re looking for a No-Code Automation Specialist to join our team in Vinnytsia and take full ownership of internal workflow automation and system integration. If you’re passionate about building reliable, efficient, and scalable automation systems using Zapier, Make (Integromat), ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, and similar tools, this is your chance to join a fast-growing SaaS company.

About the Role

As our No-Code Automation Specialist, you’ll work closely with product, marketing, and operational teams to automate internal processes, CRM workflows, lead generation funnels, and email campaigns. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining automations that improve speed, accuracy, and cross-team efficiency.

This is a full-time, office-based role in our Vinnytsia office.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage no-code workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, and similar tools 
• Audit existing automations, identify improvements, and implement enhancements
• Set up integrations between CRM, lead gen tools, internal platforms, and email marketing systems 
• Collaborate with different teams to understand business logic and propose automation solutions 
• Ensure automation reliability, handle error handling, and track performance 
• Document automation processes and provide internal training when needed
  
   

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, ActiveCampaign, and ClickFunnels 
• Experience with system integrations, marketing workflows, and lead funnel automation 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and propose automation improvements proactively 
• Strong understanding of process logic and structured thinking  
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and logic-based tools 
• Intermediate+ level of English (for tools, documentation, internal communication)
