To enhance user satisfaction and product adoption, we are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring an outstanding user experience by analyzing customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will analyze customer behavior, engagement trends, and feedback to improve the overall customer journey. You will collaborate with product managers, support teams, and marketers to ensure data-driven decisions that enhance user satisfaction.

This is a full-time role working under a contractor form of cooperation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer interaction data using tools like Mixpanel and Segment to uncover patterns in user behavior and engagement.
• Map out customer touchpoints and identify pain points, friction areas, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and execute A/B tests to assess changes in user experience, onboarding flows, and engagement strategies.
• Collect and analyze feedback from various channels (support tickets, surveys, customer interviews) to understand customer needs and enhance product usability.
• Develop and monitor strategies to improve user retention, customer satisfaction, and lifetime value.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to improve our customer experience approach.
• Work closely with the product, marketing, and support teams to align strategies and improve customer interactions.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as user churn, NPS (Net Promoter Score), customer engagement, and support effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Experience, Product Analysis, or Customer Insights role, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong expertise in Mixpanel (or similar product analytics tools) and Segment (for data integration and customer tracking).
• Experience in customer data analysis and deriving insights from behavioral data.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with customer feedback tools and interpreting user sentiment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Google Data Studio for customer experience reporting.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping tools.
• Basic knowledge of Figma for reviewing UI/UX enhancements.

Business Analyst 

Are you passionate about optimizing workflows and driving knowledge management within a business setting? We are currently seeking talented individuals to join us as Workflow & Knowledge Business Analysts.  As a Workflow & Knowledge Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in an international environment.  

You are:    

• A professional with at least 5 years of experience in cross-functional, multi-national marketing operations projects with a focus on collaboration and workflows; 
• Experienced in managing and leading the project launch; 
• Skilled in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Workfront or Sitecore; 
• Confident in English on Advanced level (both written and verbal)   
• Creative/Media/Advertising agency experience would be a plus 

With you we will: 

• Coordinate and align with stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure effective change management. 
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical tasks, addressing expectations and resolving conflicting priorities 
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including specifications, requirements, process documentation 
• Ensure IT teams understand the functional requirements 
• Conceptualize, design and continuously optimize ticketing structure for departments tasks and service requests 
• Support technical implementation of ticketing structure in workflow tool 
• Work closely with QA team to ensure that test cases are aligned with requirements. 
• Translate technical concepts into non-technical language for easy understanding by stakeholders 
• Source, prepare and run stakeholder training sessions

 Про проект

Проект забезпечує групу компаній Епіцентр (торговельна мережа ЕпіцентрК, ЕпіцентрАгро, Epicentr Ceramic Corporation, Epicentrk.ua, Маркетплейс Епіцентр) швидкою, точною та зручною аналітичною інформацією. В задачі проекту входить:

·         Побудова DWH, розробка ETL-процесів, API

·         Розробка та підтримка аналітичних кубів

·         Розробка та підтримка сервісу MDM

·         Розробка звітності з використанням Power BI

·         Розробка і підтримка системи звітності для зовнішніх контрагентів

Необхідні навички

·         Знання та навики використання JIRA+Confluence

·         Вміння побудови BPMN, UML та ERD діаграм

·         Розуміння Scrum, Agile

·         Розуміння та досвід роботи з БД корпоративного рівня, розуміння принципів побудови сховища даних та ETL-процесів

·         Знання T-SQL

·         Рівень володіння англійською мовою: Читання та розуміння технічної документації або вище.

·         розуміння технології OLAP

·         досвід побудови обмінів з використанням RabbitMQ, API

 Обов'язки

·         Збір та формалізація вимог до аналітичних даних, їх структури та специфіки використання. Узгодження вимог з зацікавленими сторонами.

·         Збір, вивчення та структурування вимог для побудови DWH, моделювання DWH

·         Моделювання ETL-процесів

·         Розробка процесів та специфікацій обміну інформацією з використанням RabbitMQ, API

·         Постановка задачі розробникам і управління вимогами в Jira

·         Контроль реалізації вимог розробниками

·         Документування сервісів (DHW, ETL, DataQuality, OLAP, BI, сервіси ERP системи, пов’язані з аналітикою та прогнозуванням)

·         Збір інформації, опис та моделювання бізнес-процесів

·         Аналіз ефективності та розробка пропозицій з покращення процесів
