    Company overview:
Graphio.ai auto-generates playbooks from real team behavior, tracks execution drift, guides teams back on track, giving COOs and operating teams visibility to act before revenue slips.

Graphio.ai is built for COOs and operational leaders who need visibility into where plans break and why. We analyze metadata from tools like Slack, Teams, Jira, Asana, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Google Workspace. We do not access or analyze content, only behavioral signals.

Using this data, Graphio.ai automatically generates live playbooks across critical operational areas, including sales execution, onboarding, handoffs, account transitions, customer delivery, implementation, support processes, and cross-functional escalations. Leaders can easily customize these playbooks to align with their goals. Graphio.ai continuously monitors how real execution compares to the plan. When teams drift or break from process, we surface risks early and send guidance to employees directly in Slack or Teams to help them get back on track.

Supported by dozens of senior leaders from Experian, Mastercard, Lattice, BambooHR, Altrata, Brex, SAP, JackHenry, FIS, Pfizer, Workday, and various SaaS, HR, payroll, ERP, and private equity-owned platforms, we are building the system that brings clarity and control to execution.

    • Develop Predictive Models: Build models for employee turnover probability, churn rate, productivity trends, and other workforce-related KPIs.
    • Share customer insights, develop key metrics, and explain testing results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Identify complex issues, simplify them, and collaborate with other teams to create scalable solutions for broader company challenges.
    • Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
    • Develop reusable frameworks for simulations, analysis methods, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance data collection for improved accuracy and quality.

    Remote work requirements:

    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
