We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with a background in the casino industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for mobile application development, a deep understanding of Android development technologies, and prior experience working on casino-related apps. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge Android casino applications that provide our users with a seamless and entertaining gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain Android casino applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, security, and performance requirements.

• Casino Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, game designers, backend developers, and QA testers, to integrate various casino games and features into the Android app.

• UI/UX Optimization: Work on improving the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to create an engaging and visually appealing casino app.

• Real-time Data: Implement real-time data feeds, notifications, and updates to keep players informed about promotions, events, and game results.

• Security and Compliance: Ensure the app adheres to industry standards for casino software security, fairness, and responsible gaming practices. Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize the app for different Android devices to ensure smooth gameplay.

• Bug Fixing and Maintenance: Regularly monitor, diagnose, and resolve bugs and issues in the app. Provide timely updates and improvements to enhance the user experience.

• Cross-platform Collaboration: Collaborate with iOS developers to ensure feature parity and consistency across platforms.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the app, including functional, performance, and regression testing, to ensure a high level of quality and reliability.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (a plus).

• Proven experience as an Android Developer with a focus on casino applications.

• Proficiency in Android app development using Java or Kotlin.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and mobile development best practices.

• Understanding of casino gaming concepts, including RNG (Random Number Generation), game mechanics, and player psychology.

• Familiarity with casino industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., responsible gaming).

• Experience with third-party APIs and integration.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cross-platform development frameworks like Flutter or React Native.

• Knowledge of backend technologies and databases used in the casino industry.

More specifically, you will provide White & black-box software vulnerability assessment of Android components:

— security review of Android mobile applications and firmware components

— risk analysis and security issues mitigation advisory

— exploitability Proof-of-Concepts development

— emerging threats research: new attack methods, (un)known security issues risks

Security validation is typically executed in 1-2 months iterations.

Major Requirements:

— in-depth understanding of Android security architecture and typical security issuesin-depth understanding of Android security architecture and typical security issues

— practical experience in reverse-engineering (preferably *.apk and ARM binaries), software exploitation, binary and source code audit

— knowledge of Linux Kernel security architecture and Android-specific add-ons (IPC, SE Android, application security framework)

— ability to understand execution logic in C/C++, Java, Assembler; scripting skills

— good technical English, strong reporting and communication skills

Optional Requirements:

— security background (University, relevant prior employment)

— participation in security contests (CTF), own write-ups publications, community activities

— hands-on experience with assessment automation tools (fuzzers, static source code analyzers)

— experience in reversing ( IDA Pro, JEB) reversing protected solutions (obfuscated/ packed code)

— applied crypto: knowledge of existing algorithms and protocols (AES/RSA/ECC/SHA, authentification/key exchange, digital signature, SSL/TLS)

— software exploitation experience

— awareness of security-related standards and best practices

— Досвід інтеграції аналітики, відстеження метрик та обсервабіліті мобільного функціоналу;
— Розуміння життєвого циклу компонентів Android, роботи з потоками та асинхронною логікою;
— Досвід роботи з REST/GraphQL API, WebSocket, Retrofit/Ktor, Apollo, навігацією, DI (Koin);
— Практичний досвід написання Unit, інтеграційних і E2E тестів;
— Проактивність, самостійність і бажання впливати на продукт, а не просто «закривати таски».
