About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Backend Team Lead who will guide a team of backend engineers while staying directly involved in coding, architecture, and delivery. We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who will build the analytics function from zero, owning everything from event taxonomy and tracking plan to the warehouse architecture and the Tableau dashboards the product team checks every morning. Responsibilities

• Own the User Acquisition process within the team, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
• Take a data-driven approach to analyzing campaigns, funnels, and creatives on a daily basis and develop clear “rules of engagement” for advertising campaigns.
• Generate creative ideas in collaboration with SMM, PMM, and GM.
• Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
• Organize brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses (creatives, funnels, ad campaigns) with PMM, CMM, and GM.

Requirements

• Experience with paid acquisition on Meta and Google ADS
• Mobile (SKAN) expertise
• Managing $100+K in monthly budgets
• Expertise in subscription models
• Understanding key performance marketing metrics: CPM, CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI, ARPU, etc.
• Experience in analyzing massive datasets and making actionable decisions based on them 
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
• English level: B1–B2+

• Experience using AI for operational automation and testing TikTok Ads

What You will do:

• Responsibility for IT equipment including purchasing
• Install and upgrade computer components and software
• Applying and updating required packages and server services, PC, laptop
• Provide support for Google workspace (G-suite)
• Manage users and access rights to company applications
• Handle on-boarding/off-boarding process for employees
