About the Role

Ми шукаємо досвідченого продавця, який спеціалізується на B2B-продажах. Ключовим аспектом роботи є залучення клієнтів та розвиток партнерських відносин.

Обов’язки:

• Організація та координація продажу товарів і послуг, забезпечення відвантаження програмної продукції кінцевим замовникам у встановлені терміни в повному обсязі.
• Розвиток та координація відносин з партнерами та дистриб’юторами.
• Розробка стратегії продажів для конкретного клієнта чи партнера.
• Підготовка презентацій, специфікацій, комерційних пропозицій.
• Проведення демонстрацій, презентацій, вебінарів, семінарів для продажу, ознайомлення та просування продукції та послуг підприємства.
• Участь у виставках, форумах, торгах, біржах із рекламування і реалізації продукції і послуг підприємства.

Вимоги:

• Досвід у B2B-продажах (IT буде перевагою) від 2 років.
• Володіння техніками продажів і переговорів: розуміння етапів воронки, вміння виявляти і відчувати потреби клієнта, працювати з запереченнями. Вміння спілкуватися з рівнем топ-менеджменту, проводити формальні і неформальні зустрічі.
• Досвід проведення презентацій: вміння впевнено демонструвати складний продукт (Demo) та виступати перед аудиторією.
• Технічна грамотність: вміння швидко розібратися в ІТ-технологічних продуктах.
• Впевнений користувач CRM: досвід роботи з системами CRM для ведення циклу продажів та складання звітності.
• Грамотна українська мова та письмо.
• Англійська мова — B1–B2.
• Проактивність, комунікабельність, ініціативність.
• Готовність генерувати ідеї та захищати їх.
• Здатність до організації себе та інших.

• Розуміння data science та етапів розробки програмних продуктів
• Досвід роботи з Python та інструментами аналізу даних

Приклади задач:

• Аналіз внутрішніх даних продукту та пошук можливостей для його оптимізації
• Спільна з командою DS робота над розробкою ML алгоритмів на етапах постановки задачі та тестування
