Business Development Lead (Software Services)

Model: Remote-first (EU time zones) with hubs in Portugal, Poland, Ukraine

Reports to: Founders
Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission + KPI-linked equity vesting (details at offer stage)

About our Customer
The Company builds augmented nearshore engineering teams and delivers full solution ownership for UK/EU/US clients. We combine senior talent in Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine with transparent delivery and strong product engineering practices. We are in a
significant growth stage, and seeking an ambitious BD leader to support our growth.

The Opportunity
Own the end-to-end commercial engine alongside the founders. You’ll run full-cycle sales, shape GTM, and, once repeatability is in place, hire and lead sales, marketing, and pre-sales. This isn’t a “presentation-only” role; it’s a high-impact, outcome-focused position with substantial upside.

What you’ll do

• Own pipeline & revenue for nearshore teams and solution delivery services in EU/US markets.
• Drive prospecting → qualification → discovery → solution shaping → proposal → negotiation → close.
• Build channel/partner motions where appropriate (ISVs, consultancies, cloud partners).
• Collaborate with delivery leaders to craft credible estimates, roadmaps, and SOWs.
• Stand up or refine CRM, forecasting, and reporting; enable data-driven decisions.
• Define positioning, pricing, and collateral with marketing; ensure message-market fit.
• Establish reference customers and case studies; systematize win-loss feedback loops.
• Recruit and develop a small BD/marketing/pre-sales team as growth milestones are met.

  What success looks like (illustrative)
• 90 days: Clear ICP & messaging, active outbound sequences, ≥3× coverage on first-quarter target, predictable forecasting cadence.
• 6 months: Repeatable proposals/SOW templates, ≥2 new clients closed, partner pipeline live.

• 12 months: Sustainable 3–4× pipeline coverage, healthy win rate, first hires onboarded, revenue growth on track with plan.

What you bring

• 3–6 years selling software outsourcing/nearshore or custom product engineering services.
• Consistent quota attainment and a track record of closing multi-stakeholder service deals.
• Strong network in UK / EU and/or US buyer communities (product, engineering, CTO, procurement).
• Mastery of consultative selling: uncover business pain, design credible solutions, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Experience collaborating with delivery/engineering to price and shape deals (T&M, dedicated teams, fixed-scope).
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Sector exposure in adtech, data/analytics, fintech, SaaS, MarTech, or cloud modernization.
• Experience building an early GTM playbook (ICP, sequences, collateral, KPIs).

• Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce, proposal automation, and RFP/RFI processes.

  Why OUR Customer:

• Real ownership of the commercial function; direct access to founders and delivery
• Upside-heavy package: uncapped commission + KPI-linked equity.
• Ability to shape the team and tooling rather than inherit legacy baggage.

• Remote-first with strong engineering hubs and referenceable delivery.

Recruitmnt process:
1. Intro call (fit & context) → 2) Deal deep-dive (walk us through a recent win) → 3) Collaborative exercise (craft a short GTM approach for one ICP) → 4) Founder panel &references.

Readdle is a pioneering force in the personal productivity space on Apple devices, having shaped the landscape since 2007. Our mission is to empower individuals and teams with innovative technology, enhancing their efficiency and creativity. We are dedicated to crafting exceptional mobile and desktop experiences for those who aspire to achieve more.

As a Senior Growth Analyst at Readdle, you’ll own the numbers behind how Spark grows. From the first ad impression to long-term renewals, you’ll make sense of the data, design event structures, and ensure everything is measurable. You’ll dig into funnels, uncover insights, and build dashboards that make growth performance crystal clear for product and marketing teams.

What will you do:

• Transform and analyze large datasets in BigQuery and Amplitude to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights across the user journey.
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Google Sheets that reduce ad-hoc reporting requests and establish a clear source-of-truth for growth metrics.
• Define, document, and QA event structures for new features, campaigns, and experiments; build a robust monetization measurement system to support pricing and migration decisions.
• Analyze user funnels across ads, store, onboarding, in-app usage, purchases, and cancellations to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
• Design and monitor A/B experiments and feature launches; validate results and ensure long-term impact tracking.
• Proactively surface insights, hypotheses, and growth opportunities to marketing and product teams; shape quarterly prioritization with impact scenarios to influence roadmap decisions.
• Build forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue.
• Ensure data integrity across tools and pipelines through established QA processes; work with Appsflyer to track attribution and optimize acquisition reporting.

About you:

• 5+ years in growth, product, or marketing analytics in a B2C or SaaS environment, with experience supporting pricing, monetization, or migration initiatives in subscription-based products.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake); proficiency in Tableau and/or Amplitude for dashboards and complex data visualization.
• Experience with Appsflyer or other attribution platforms; familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of product analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention, event tracking), statistics, A/B testing, and concepts like segmentation, churn, or LTV modeling.
• Proven ability to design self-serve dashboards and act as a strategic thought partner to PM/PMM teams, not just an executor of analytics requests.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams with a proactive, curious, and coachable mindset.

What you will get at Readdle:

• Customer-centric culture. We put our users at the heart of everything we do. Every team member has the opportunity to engage directly with customers, gaining insights that shape meaningful, delightful experiences for millions worldwide.
• Relentless growth. We’re committed to mastery in our craft. We take ownership of our work, decisions, and outcomes, and we see feedback as a catalyst for growth. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, evolve, and raise the bar.
• Exceptional people, exceptional team. Our greatest strength is our people. We care deeply about each other, work transparently, and celebrate collective success. Together, we build an environment where everyone can do their best work and grow beyond their potential.
• Real impact. We design products that truly matter. Our focus is on delivering tangible value, simplifying complexity, pushing boundaries, and continuously improving how we build and deliver solutions to our users.
• Culture of innovation. We embrace curiosity and creativity in everything we do. Fresh ideas are not just welcomed, they’re expected, celebrated, and turned into real innovations that shape the future of our products and company.

DroneOps specialises in advanced navigational systems for UAV operations. Our focus is on developing robust solutions that enhance UAV autonomy and reliability, facilitating operations in environments where traditional GPS may be compromised. Our technology is designed to be integrated across a range of UAV platforms, delivering precision, resilience and cost-effective enhancements to existing hardware.

We are looking for an embedded software engineer to own the platform layer of our onboard computing: the Linux images our navigation software ships on, the provisioning and secure boot chain that protects it in the field, and the tooling that turns a bare Raspberry Pi Compute Module into a flight-ready device. Our team is small and cross-functional. You will work close to the hardware and close to the people writing the algorithms that run on it, with real ownership of the platform from the first week.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• 3+ years of commercial experience with embedded Linux (for the Senior level; from 2 years for Middle)

• Strong Linux internals: boot flow, initramfs, systemd, journald, udev, device tree and overlays, kernel modules

• Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi as a production platform, not only as a dev board — Compute Module 4 / 5, EEPROM and bootloader configuration, rpiboot / usbboot

• Building custom OS images: pi-gen, rpi-image-gen, or an equivalent stack (Yocto, Buildroot, debootstrap)

• Secure boot in practice: signed boot images, key management, OTP-fused key hashes, encrypted or verified rootfs (dm-crypt / LUKS, dm-verity)

• Experience with device provisioning pipelines: key injection, per-device identity, factory-side automation

• Flashing and mass-provisioning workflows: reproducible builds, image verification, recovery from a bricked device

• Confident CLI, bash and Python scripting for build and provisioning automation

• Cross-compilation and toolchain fundamentals (ARM64)

• Git and CI-driven builds (GitHub Actions)

• Reading schematics and datasheets well enough to talk to hardware engineers

• At least Intermediate English (reading docs, written async communication)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• A/B (dual-slot) update schemes and OTA frameworks: RAUC, Mender, SWUpdate

• U-Boot, custom kernel configuration and patching, PREEMPT_RT

• Peripheral bring-up: UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO, CSI cameras, PPS/GNSS receivers

• ArduPilot, PX4, MAVLink or another autopilot stack

• Other SoM platforms: NVIDIA Jetson, i.MX, Rockchip

• Hardware-accelerated video and computer vision pipelines on ARM (V4L2, GStreamer, VPU/GPU offload)

• Information security fundamentals: PKI, HSM or KMS-backed signing, secrets handling, threat modelling for physically accessible devices

• Self-hosted GitHub Actions runners for image build pipelines

• Docker for reproducible build environments

• Power management and thermal constraints on airborne platforms

• Experience with restricted or air-gapped development environments

YOUR TASKS MAY INCLUDE

• Designing and maintaining the Raspberry Pi OS images our navigation software runs on — minimal, reproducible, versioned

• Building and operating the secure boot and provisioning chain: signing keys, OTP key programming, encrypted rootfs, factory provisioning stations

• Automating image build, signing and flashing in CI, so a release is an artifact rather than a manual procedure

• Bringing up new hardware revisions and peripherals together with the hardware team

• Implementing and testing a safe field update mechanism, including rollback

• Debugging boot, driver and performance issues on real devices — serial console, ftrace, perf, kernel logs

• Hardening the platform: attack surface reduction, secrets storage, protecting IP on a device that can be physically captured

• Writing the technical documentation and runbooks for the platform you own

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive salary

• Reservation from mobilization

• Office in Kyiv with shelter access, generator and Starlink

• Possibility of hybrid work format

• Impact on improving our country's defense capabilities

• 21 days of vacation + public holidays, sick leaves

Team Summary

We are an Emulated Data Collection team responsible for gathering essential data for a variety of programs. Our work focuses heavily on smart home and IoT security devices, encompassing both commercially available products and devices in early-stage development. To capture this data, we emulate real-world events using custom actions or predefined scenarios to create the exact conditions required. Our data collection takes place indoors and outdoors across diverse lighting and weather conditions. Throughout these scenarios, we interact with a wide range of subjects and objects, including people, cars, animals, packages, and custom objects such as doors, windows, and specific vehicle parts.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Support Engineer to drive hardware readiness, manage equipment inventory, and provide technical field support for our data collection operations. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end technical preparation for project launches, taking ownership of flashing, configuring, and assembling hardware setups, as well as troubleshooting equipment issues for our field engineers. The ideal candidate is a practical, self-driven specialist with a solid foundation in QA, hardware, or network basics. If you are someone who can confidently manage physical hardware installations, work independently to keep project equipment fully operational, and thrive in a hands-on technical environment, this role is a great fit for you.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Flash, configure, and assemble hardware and device setups for project launches
• Provide hands-on field support, remote troubleshooting, and technical onboarding for engineers
• Perform physical hardware and network installations using power tools
• Manage full inventory tracking and maintenance for all office and field equipment
• Mitigate technical risks (e.g., backup power, spare devices) and administer team accounts

• Draft technical SOPs using AI tools (e.g., Cursor) and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications and Skills

• Background in QA, hardware, software, or network basics
• Familiarity with smart home, IoT, or embedded devices
• Hands-on proficiency with power tools (drilling, mounting, etc.) for physical setups
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and AI tools
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills

• At least B1 level of English

Nice to have

• Practical experience with CAD and 3D printing to create custom mounts, brackets, or protective cases

• Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python) or foundational system administration experience

We offer multiple benefits that include

• The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture and an individual approach to each team member.
• Competitive compensation and perks. Annual performance review.
• Opportunity to receive a Performance Bonus for your individual achievements and a Loyalty Bonus recognizing your dedication to the company.
• Gig-contract.
• 21 paid vacation days per year, paid public holidays according to the Ukrainian legislation.
• Development opportunities like corporate courses, knowledge hubs, and free English classes as well as educational leaves.
• Medical insurance is provided from day one. Sick leaves and medical leaves are available.
• Free meals, fruits, and snacks when working in the office.

We are building our own payment gateway. Merchants integrate via our API to accept payments and execute payouts across a dozen regions - cards, mobile money, UPI, Interac, local bank transfers. Fourteen provider integrations are live and new ones are added every month. The product is young but real: money moves through it daily, and much of the roadmap ahead is still undefined, reconciliation, chargebacks, merchant-facing analytics, new regions. Most decisions here are made upstream, not from a finished design: how money moves, what happens when a provider fails mid-transaction, who is allowed to see what.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a BA, Product Analyst or Product Owner in fintech, billing, e-commerce or another domain where money is counted and reconciled.
• Ownership Mindset: You bring a recommended option with reasoning, flag what you assumed and what you traded away, and know which decisions are yours and which belong to someone else.
• Requirements Writing: Specs with clear scope, acceptance criteria and explicit non-goals - not a list of wishes. User stories, use cases, process modelling.
• API Literacy: Comfortable with OpenAPI specs, JSON payloads, REST semantics, webhooks and asynchronous callbacks. You don't write code, but you can reason about idempotency and state transitions.
• Data Skills: SQL at a level that lets you check how a rule behaves on real data before writing it into a spec, and read your own metrics after release.
• Async System Logic: Understanding that transaction states, retries and reconciliation must be specified rather than assumed.
• Rapid Prototyping: Able to put together a clickable or visual prototype quickly - including with AI tools - to agree a flow with the business and hand a designer something concrete rather than a description.
• Documentation Tooling: Confluence and Jira - specs, epic decomposition, decision log.
• Language: English B1+ (provider documentation, specs and part of the backlog are in English).

Responsibilities:
Product work

• Own Features End to End: Take a business need - merchants can't withdraw their own balance, fees are opaque, a region needs a new provider - and drive it to release. Define the outcome, the scope, and what's explicitly out of scope for the first phase.
• Scope to a Minimal Complete Scenario: Identify the smallest business flow that works end to end and delivers value - including its provider dependencies, finance dependencies, and the operational procedures that have to exist for it to run in production.
• Close Questions, Escalate Risks: Propose a reasoned option rather than a list of alternatives. Document assumptions and trade-offs, resolve questions within agreed authority, and escalate material risks early rather than late.
• Prioritise: Argue why this feature before that one, using actual data - transaction volumes, failure rates, support load, provider costs.

• Work With Stakeholders: Translate between finance, business development and engineering. Each describes the same problem in a different language.

Analysis work:

• Model Money Flows: Specify holds, settlements, refunds, fees and ledger entries. Define what happens on cancel, reject, timeout and provider failure - which balance moves, when, and by how much.
• Specify Reconciliation: Define how discrepancies are detected, investigated and corrected - what the system flags, what the operator sees, which adjustments are allowed and who may make them.
• Write Specs That Hold Together: Complete rules, no internal contradictions, explicit non-goals. A spec is done when an engineer can build from it without guessing and a tester can verify against it without asking.
• Decompose Epics Into a Critical Path: Split a feature into backend, frontend and admin work, mark blocking dependencies, flag external blockers before the team starts.
• Define Access and Permissions: Specify role-based access, tenant isolation, and exactly what each actor sees and can do - merchant, finance operator, admin.

• Work With Provider Documentation: Read integration docs from payment providers and turn them into requirements the team can build against.

Will be a plus::

• PSP & Acquiring Background: 3DS protocols, chargebacks, settlement reconciliation, provider cascades, routing rules.
• Greenfield Experience: Building a product area from scratch, where the process doesn't exist yet and has to be designed alongside the feature.
• Regulatory Awareness: PCI DSS, AML, sanctions screening - understanding why certain data can't be logged or exported.
• Competitive Analysis: Benchmarking a product against market players and turning gaps into a roadmap.
