    We have been providing high quality services for 23 years, and during this time our team has implemented over 500 projects in Ukraine and 16+ countries, including for such companies and organizations as Ciklum, Deloitte, Datagroup, OKKO, KERNEL, Metinvest, Nova Poshta, the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC), SOS Children's Villages and many other great customers.

     

    The demand for Microsoft solutions and Innoware services is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the business need to abandon 1C and other russian systems. Thus, currently we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates for a position of Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV).

     

    You may have different experience and grade – Junior, Middle or Senior. But most important is your desire to deepen your knowledge in D365 BC, and we will definitely help you with this!

     

    We offer full-time or part-time cooperation starting from 20 hours per week, depending on your availability.

     

    Your key goals at this position:

    • Participating in projects ofD365 Business Central implementation and support for Ukrainian and foreign customers.
    • Training, development and strengthening your competences, study of the Innoware project methodology, passing Microsoft international certification.

     

    Key tasks:

    • Communicating with clients, describing and analysing business processes in order to transfer them to the system.
    • Configuring and setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI.
    • Creating project documentation, agreeing it with the client.
    • Estimating time needed to complete tasks.
    • Preparing technical tasks for the development team, communicating with them to implement modifications in the system.
    • Performing acceptance testing – ensuring the provided functionality satisfies customer needs and requirements.
    • Customer support during acceptance testing and deployment of new functions, Go-Live support.

    Additionally, in the future (or now if you’ve got such experience):

    • Mentoring less experienced specialists.
    • Providing support during data migration.
    • Integrating Business Central with other systems / applications.
    • Ensuring quality control of tasks at various project stages.

     

    Qualification:

    • 1+ years of experience in implementation of D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV as a Functional Consultant / Analyst. If you’ve got experience participating in implementation projects as a System Architect and/or Project Manager (BC/NAV or other ERP or CRM systems), we’ll suggest you the correspondent role in Innoware as well.
    • Understanding of all stages of ERP system implementation project.
    • Deep knowledge of D365 BC/NAV standard functionality.
    • Understanding business processes – finance and/or logistics / trade / production, etc. Willingness to learn new topics.
    • Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, fluency in Ukrainian.
    • Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience in configuring Power BI.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) Consultant to provide Application Management Support (AMS) for our enterprise client. The successful candidate will support the existing SAP DMC implementation through a structured ticketing system, ensuring operational excellence and timely resolution of issues. This is a remote role, aligned with Central Time (USA) working hours, and includes regular collaboration with a cross-functional team based in Italy. 

     

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 AMS support for SAP DMC solutions. 

    • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests logged in the client’s ticketing system. 

    • Perform issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution for both functional and technical DMC issues. 

    • Interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather clarifications and provide timely updates on ticket progress. 

    • Coordinate with the Italian support/development team for escalations, enhancements, and knowledge sharing. 

    • Support DMC integrations with SAP ERP (e.g., S/4HANA or ECC), MES systems, and shop floor equipment. 

    • Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to process improvement efforts. 

    • Adhere to SLAs and ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures. 

     

    Required Skills & Qualifications: 

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud). 

    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP MES/DMC architecture. 

    • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira). 

    • Excellent troubleshooting skills across SAP DMC modules and interfaces. 

    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams. 

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with Italian counterparts (knowledge of Italian is a plus but not mandatory). 

    • Understanding of data integration, IoT services, and cloud-based manufacturing workflows is a plus. 

     

    Nice to Have: 

    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or legacy SAP ERP integration to DMC.
