What you'll do 

• Own paid search end to end: structure, campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, negatives — Google Ads and Bing. 
• Launch and grow campaigns country by country; decide where to push and where to stop. 
• Work from a keyword table daily with analytics 
• Scale spend aggressively while keeping performance on target. 
• Own ad copy and creative testing, and align the ad with the landing page. 
• Always reconcile platform numbers against our own back-end data. 
• Keep ad accounts healthy: billing, policy compliance, fast resolution when something is flagged. 

• Report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what you're changing. 

   

Requirements (must-have) 

• 4+ years buying paid search at scale for a subscription or e-commerce advertiser, personally owning a large monthly budget. 
• Deep Google Ads expertise: campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword clustering, negatives, pacing, automation. 
• Real hands-on Bing experience. 
• You optimize daily from data, not monthly from a report. 
• You know the gap between what the platform reports and what actually happened — and always check both. 
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, server-side conversions and attribution, including their limits. 
• A track record of scaling an account several times over without losing efficiency. 

• Fast, decisive, comfortable owning a number. 

   

Nice-to-have 

• Experience buying for a subscription product. 
• Experience with Meta, TikTok or other channels.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming or Betting industry.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret traffic and performance data.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience working with high-volume traffic partners.
