What we expect from you - 2+ years of experience as CFO / Head of Finance / Deputy CFO in the financial industry.
- Experience in fintech, crypto projects, exchanges or PSPs.
- Strong understanding of how a crypto exchange operates
- Ability to analyze and reconcile on-chain transactions with internal reports and accounting.
- Practical experience dealing with incidents: stuck transactions, balance discrepancies, delayed withdrawals, cross-chain issues.
- Solid background in treasury management (fiat & crypto): liquidity, reserves, risk of blockages.
- Experience working with complex multi-entity legal structures, including offshore jurisdictions.
- Understanding of tax and legal structuring principles.

- Experience building or improving finance processes: treasury, controlling, management reporting.
