    Onboarding & Education

    • Explain how Snoika’s AI marketing engine works (AI visibility, content publishing, structured data, technical SEO, etc.)
    • Cooperate with the Sales&Marketing team to understand the value of the product better and sell it better to the leads
       

    Marketing

    • Run the PPC campaigns in Meta(Instagram, Facebook)
    • Help running the PPC campaigns in Google Grant Process
    • Brainstorm and make decisions about the social medias content
    • Catch up the results of the covered processes and present it to the team
    • Help to realize the PR campaigns of Snoika and also the PR campaigns for offline events we attending
    • Collaborate with the CMO and other team members to brainstorm and create the new objectives
       

    Sales

    • Collaborate with the sales team in vectors of: ICPs, lead-magnets, sales processes, events to attend and how to prepare to them, etc.
    • Review the sales team results, receive and analyze the feedback about the leads who had been bring by the campaigns

    The Role:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    β€’ Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend software in C++.
    β€’ Implement robust, scalable, and efficient system components for real-time operation.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    β€’ At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing C++.
    β€’ Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including OOP, memory management, and multithreading.
    β€’ Experience developing and maintaining complex backend or system-level software.
    β€’ Experience working in Linux environments.
    β€’ Experience working with version control and development tools (Git, Jira, Bitbucket, etc.).

    Why this role exists

     

    We are looking for a Head of Customer Success to own customer growth, retention, and value realization at OWOX.

    This is a revenue-critical leadership role, reporting directly to the CRO. Your mission is to ensure that customers:

    • consistently realize business value from OWOX;
    • expand their usage and contracts over time;
    • see OWOX as a strategic analytics partner, not just a tool.

    You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Data Analysts, helping customers both develop their analytics capabilities with OWOX and solve analytical problems under turnkey delivery models.

     

    Your mission

     

    Your success will be measured by three outcomes:

    1. Net Dollar Retention (NDR) in USD > 100%.
    2. Regular, value-driven engagement with Economic Buyers on key accounts.
    3. Growth of Monthly Active Data Marts as OWOX’s North Star product metric across the customers.

     

    What you will do

     

    • Own Net Dollar Retention (NDR > 100%) by driving customer retention, expansion, and renewals.
    • Build and maintain direct, regular relationships with Economic Buyers, aligning OWOX with their business goals and success metrics.
    • Drive product adoption and growth of Monthly Active Data Marts (North Star metric) through activation of new use cases and features.
    • Embed OWOX into customers’ decision-making by translating analytics capabilities into clear business value and measurable outcomes.
    • Lead and scale the Customer Success team (CS Managers + Data Analysts), setting engagement models, playbooks, and success standards.

     

    What success looks like in 6 months

     

    • Net Dollar Retention is stable and predictable, with clear visibility into renewal and expansion drivers across the customer base.
    • Economic Buyers are identified and regularly engaged on all key accounts, with conversations focused on business outcomes and value realization.
    • Customer Success operates with clear segmentation, engagement cadence, and success plans, consistently applied across the team.
    • Customers actively adopt new OWOX use cases, driving month-over-month growth of Monthly Active Data Marts.
    • The CS team provides structured, actionable feedback to the Product team, grounded in real customer and Economic Buyer needs.

     

    Skills & experience

     

    Required:

    • Fluent English (C1 or higher).
    • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills.
    • Experience working directly with Economic Buyers (C-level, Heads of Growth, Marketing, Revenue).
    • Strong understanding of analytics use cases for eCommerce, marketing, and product teams.
    • Proven experience in customer retention, expansion, and value realization.

    • SQL experience.

    We’re hiring a Head of AI (hands-on leader) who will own the technical vision and execution of our voice agent systems end-to-end. We already have an AI engineer, but we need someone more senior who can set direction, raise the quality bar, and reliably deliver production results.

    Mission of the role
    A senior owner responsible for building and scaling AI voice agents with strong quality, low latency, and controlled costs β€” plus the infrastructure to ship agents quickly across projects.

    Primary outcomes
    AI Voice Agent Infrastructure

    • Create a solid infrastructure for fast development, testing, deployment, and iteration of voice agents.
    • Enable rapid creation of personalized agents for different projects/clients.
    1. Call Transcript Evaluation System
      • Build a reliable system that evaluates calls using transcripts:
        • Summaries
        • Outcome + intent detection
        • Call classification (lead quality, objections, next steps, disposition)
        • QA / scoring rubric (automated + human review loop)
    2. Chat Agents for Leads
      • Build AI chat agents that communicate with warm and hot leads, qualify them, and push toward conversion / handoff.

     

    Responsibilities
    Own architecture and delivery of production-grade AI voice agents.

    • Design conversation flows for outbound promotional calls (prompting + guardrails + objection handling).
    • Improve agent reliability and quality (edge cases, interruptions, silence, ambiguous user input).
    • Lead TTS strategy: selecting models, voice quality, and custom voice creation (where appropriate).
    • Optimize latency and cost across the entire pipeline.
    • Implement tooling and best practices for:
      • versioning and rollbacks
      • QA and evaluation harnesses
      • monitoring/observability (latency, errors, outcomes, conversion metrics)
      • repeatable agent templates and reusable components
    • Mentor and upskill the existing AI engineer and set engineering standards.

     

    Requirements
    We need someone generally proficient in creating and deploying AI voice agents, including:
    Voice agents & prompting

    • Strong prompt engineering skills
    • Experience designing prompts and dialogue logic specifically for outbound agents (promo/sales calls, objections, lead qualification)
    • Understanding of how real-time voice agents work end-to-end (ASR β†’ LLM β†’ TTS, streaming, turn-taking, barge-in)

    Platforms knowledge (as proficiency requirement)

    • Proficient with voice-agent platforms such as Vapi, Retell, and/or LiveKit(or equivalent)
      • Recruiter guidance: they don’t need all three, but should have strong experience in at least one and understand the general category well.

     

    TTS & voice
    Strong knowledge of TTS models and practical tradeoffs (quality vs latency vs cost)

    • Experience creating or integrating custom voices (where allowed/ethical/consented)

     

    Performance & deployment
    Proven ability to optimize latency and cost
