    You will work closely with our HR Manager and another Recruiter, focusing on active talent attraction, candidate engagement, and closing roles.

    Key responsibilities

    • Actively source and engage candidates using various channels.
    • Proactively sell job opportunities and the company, tailoring messages to different candidate profiles.
    • Build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline across various positions and skill sets.
    • Participate in Full Cycle Recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, making job offers, and onboarding new employees.
    • Maintain continuous, warm communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Create a positive and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint.
    • Maintain a positive company brand.
    • Collaborate with the HR Manager to align recruiting activities with company goals and OKRs.
    • Participate in HR initiatives and company-wide activities when needed.
       

    What we expect

    Responsibilities
    Customer Support

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    – Develops, documents, and configures systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, address business requirements, and processes in the DevOps domain.

    – Create and manage reusable infrastructure templates to reduce deployment time and improve consistency

    The Role 

    As a Front End Developer, you will work within a cross-functional team to build interactive SPA dashboards using a modern tech stack.
