We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Affiliate Manager to grow and scale our affiliate direction in iGaming. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new partners, onboarding and developing them, and driving performance to meet ambitious acquisition goals — with a strong focus on Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs.

What you’ll do:
 

• Source, attract, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates and partner networks (webmasters, media buyers, agencies, affiliate networks, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners.
• Scale partners and bring them to target ROI through continuous optimization and performance management.

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Casino to drive the growth of one of our key GEOs. You will own the market strategy end-to-end — from acquisition and retention to product localisation and partnership development. We are looking for a hands-on Process Improvement Manager with practical experience from consumer finance companies, commercial banks, debt collection agencies, BPOs, or telecom operators. The Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring complete, accurate, and timely accounting records in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of large- scale analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud ecosystems such as Azure and AWS, as well as expertise in AI and machine learning applications. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and life sciences is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large-scale analytics platforms.
• Implement cloud-based solutions using Azure and AWS, ensuring reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, big data processing, and cloud-based architecture.
• Strong proficiency in cloud services (Azure, AWS) and distributed computing frameworks.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Databricks (UC, DLTs, Delta Sharing, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For:

True senior engineers — not just people with years of experience, but those who own solutions and drive execution.
 

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development (React, Node.js, SQL)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Clear and thorough understanding of design patterns and software development best practices
• Great communicators who can explain options, trade-offs, and technical details to clients and teams.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks;
• Passion maintaining code style and standards and holding people accountable;
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture;
• Experience with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript and Typescript (at least 5 years);
• RESTful API design and implementation;
• OAuth and single sign-on (SAML);

• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Relational and no-SQL databases — MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis etc;
