About the Role

We’re looking for a strong and creative professional to lead the organic growth of our mobile app — with zero budget for paid advertising. You’ll own the full spectrum of organic strategies and tactics, driving installs, visibility, and user engagement through smart, scalable growth hacks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a mobile app organic growth strategy
• Optimize App Store and Google Play listings (ASO)
• Improve keyword rankings and increase organic visibility
• Manage ratings and reviews systems to drive engagement
• Launch viral and referral mechanics to boost growth
• Analyze user behavior and suggest improvements to retention
• Engage with communities (Reddit, forums, TikTok, YouTube)
• Test hypotheses to grow DAU/MAU through data-driven tactics

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience scaling mobile apps organically to 100K+ installs
• Deep understanding of ASO, virality mechanics, and user funnels
• Strong analytical skills (Firebase, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Looker, etc.)
• Familiarity with SEO and off-app content strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Creativity, speed, and a growth hacker mindset
