Funnel and App Project Manager to $1500

Ultiself is the #1 Biohacking & Self Improvement app on the App Store and Google Play. We use AI to create custom daily routines that supercharge mood, health, and productivity. We grow through paid acquisition across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Ultiself is on a mission to change lives through smart health technology. As we scale, we are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in web funnels and mobile applications to take ownership of product delivery, funnel implementation, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: from planning to successful launch and reporting.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, tech, and design teams to implement and optimize marketing funnels (web2app and in-app funnels).
• Own the execution of mobile product updates and feature launches.
• Monitor progress and performance of projects, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
• Bring funnel ideas to life — from mockup to full live version (Web Funnel experience is crucial).
• Track KPIs and recommend improvements for better conversions and retention.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1+ year experience as a Project Manager or Project Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience working with web funnels and mobile app projects (this is a must).
• Experience in funnel implementation – from idea through to delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to lead cross-functional efforts.
• Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with developers, marketers, and designers.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills and analytical thinking.
• At least B1 English level.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based tools, particularly for video generation projects.
• Successful history of delivering funnel or mobile app projects from concept to live.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Multilingual (English, Ukrainian, Spanish).

Work Conditions

• Full-time, remote position (you must be available at least until 2:00 PM NYC time / 21:00 Kyiv time).
• Salary: Up to $1500/month (commensurate with experience).
• 5 paid sick days, 20 paid vacation days per year after probation.
• 2-3 month probationary period.
