Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience as an Organic Growth Lead, Creative Lead, or Marketing Lead in the creator economy or digital media.
• Hands-on experience launching and scaling organic traffic through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snap, and Reddit.
• Experience building and managing creative teams (scriptwriters, editors, producers, designers, SMM).
• A deep understanding of the specifics of video distribution: algorithms, formats, platforms, policies, and trends.
• A portfolio with successful case studies: viral campaigns, scaled content strategies, subscriber growth, and increased views/revenue.
• An analytical mindset: understanding how to track and interpret key content performance metrics using tools like TikTok, Meta, Snap, and YouTube Analytics.
• Fluent in English, with an understanding of trends and pop culture in tier-1 countries.

• Experience with Reddit promotion and moderation.

• Build a full-cycle content pipeline — from idea generation to creation, publication, and analytics — ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Launch and own a lean, high-performing team of scriptwriters, creatives, video editors, SMM managers, posters, moderators, and designers.
• Identify and double down on high-potential growth channels (TikTok, Meta, Snap, YouTube, Reddit, X), developing a creative “format bible” tailored to each talent.
• Approve and oversee viral yet brand-safe content throughout pre- and post-production stages.
• Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and continuously optimize retention strategies and conversion funnels.
• Turn insights into action — improving content distribution and audience engagement based on real data.

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Sales & Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for the development of the affiliate direction:

search, attraction and onboarding of high-quality iGaming affiliate partners and media buyers.

The role is project-based, with a focus on results and the possibility of long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Search and attract iGaming affiliates, media buyers, performance marketers

• Present the platform and its value to affiliate partners

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships

• Onboard and activate affiliate partners

• Work with the internal team to connect offers

• Present the product in affiliate communities, Telegram channels, at events

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming affiliate sales / affiliate management / business development
