We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist (L1) to join our team and ensure uninterrupted technical support in the office and for our specialists, keeping our workspace and team productive.

Your main responsibility will be to provide timely and effective technical support to the team, ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and promptly resolve all IT requests within your scope. — Act as a cross-functional partner: Work directly with Payment, Marketing, and Ops teams to translate business goals into technical solutions that drive revenue;
