What will set you up for success:
— Understanding of SDLC, Understanding of methodologies
— Good Knowledge of Fundamental Test Processes, Testing Types and Techniques
— Experience in the creation of test documentation (test cases, test plans,
checklists, bug reports)
— Basic knowledge of SQL
— Experience with ОС (Windows, Linux, Mac) and web development tools
— English strong intermediate (at least)
Extra points if you:
— Working with tools: Jira, Postman, Swagger
— Basic knowledge of API testing

- Proven experience of recruitment in EU / CEE
- Experience of working in outstaffing or recruitment agency
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies and trends ( different tech stacks, libraries, frameworks)
- Experience in negotiations and high rate of acceptance offers by candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
