We are looking for a seasoned C# / UI Engineer to take ownership of our application's UI architecture. We are currently modernizing our technology stack and migrating heavily toward Unity UI Toolkit.

In this role, you will architect a reactive, scalable UI system that operates seamlessly across both mobile and desktop platforms. While Unity is our core framework, we place greater value on strong C# engineering fundamentals than on traditional “gameplay” scripting. This makes professional medical education accessible, systematic, and up-to-date.

The Medvoice Support Team helps doctors make their learning continuous and modern. Our audience varies greatly in age and specialization, and we have recently entered the Romanian market. That’s why we are looking for a new Support Agent with Romanian language skills to join our team.

We’d love to see you on our team if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Support Agent;
• Speak Ukrainian and Romanian fluently and correctly;
• Have confident English at B1-B2 level;
• Are ready for professional challenges and can deliver excellent customer experience in any situation.
   

What you will do:

• Communicate with clients via messengers, email, and phone (in Romanian and Ukrainian);
• Moderate course participant chats;
• Assist with connecting to broadcasts and other technical issues during educational events;
• Work with the customer database, collect client information, and update the CRM system;
• Organize and verify data, send mailings;
• Help clients resolve questions and objections.

- Create logic and launch communication chains;

What we're looking for in a candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming products is required;
- Experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Fasttrack, Solitics, or similar);
- Experience building omnichannel communications;
- Segmentation and personalization skills;
- Ability to read data, analyze metrics, and draw conclusions;
- Skills in setting specifications;
- Attention to detail and structure;
- Understanding of retention metrics (CRR, Churn, LTV, Reactivation);
- Higher education;
- English - B2+;
