As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll own and scale B2B acquisition through non-traditional channels - newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, and other niche placements - focusing on what actually converts, not just what’s easy to buy.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and execute paid acquisition through niche B2B channels
• Buy and manage placements in newsletters, YouTube integrations, podcasts, and similar formats
• Identify and test new, unconventional traffic sources
• Negotiate directly with content creators, publishers, and platforms
• Track performance and optimize based on ROI, not vanity metrics
• Build a repeatable and scalable acquisition approach

• Has hands-on experience buying ads in newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, or similar channels
• Understands how B2B audiences consume content and where to reach them
• Knows how to evaluate placements and predict their potential performance
• Is comfortable working with ambiguous tasks and figuring things out independently

We’re building an AI-driven payments ecosystem and launching our YouTube channel from scratch.
We’re looking for a YouTube Host who will become the voice of our content - leading conversations with clients and industry experts in the payments space.

This is a pure media role focused on content, interviews, and on-camera presence.

What you’ll do

• Launch and develop our YouTube channel from the ground up
• Build relationships with key industry players and secure high-quality interviews
• Host and co-host podcast episodes with a strong on-camera presence
• Lead engaging discussions on crypto, fintech, and the digital economy
• Explore industry trends, use cases, and challenges through clear, insightful conversations
• Ask thoughtful, well-researched questions and keep discussions engaging and easy to follow
• Lead webinar-style sessions around payments and fintech topics
• Create high-quality video content (long-form interviews + clips)
• Represent the company and its podcast channel on camera in a professional and authentic way

• Collaborate with the team on content direction and positioning

   

What we’re looking for

• A strong on-camera personality with a natural, engaging presence
• Strong understanding of social media culture and content formats
• Creative, quick-thinking, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
• Excellent spoken English (near-native or native)
• Experience launching or running a YouTube channel
• Experience hosting interviews, podcasts, webinars, or video content
• Ability to engage senior professionals (C-level, founders, experts) in meaningful conversations
• Solid understanding of fintech/payments (or ability to get up to speed quickly)

• Confident, energetic, and natural communication style
