Right now the CEO does this work personally: reviewing lead quality, hunting duplicates, spotting supply gaps by hand. We're hiring the person who takes it over and does it better — because they built a system for it, not because they check more spreadsheets.

What the work looks like

You form hypotheses about why leads refund, why calls don't connect, why certain sources underperform — then you test them. Some tests are analytical (segment refunds by source, geography, verification path). You bring the numbers, propose the fix, and drive it to a measured result. Technical implementation — like a lead-scoring model — goes through our dev team; your job is to define what gets built and prove it worked.
