About Us

We are a tech startup creating and managing digital AI models for Tier-1 markets, primarily the US and Europe.

We have advanced generative AI pipelines and a well-established technical infrastructure in place. We are currently entering an active scaling phase and expanding our Traffic R&D team.

We are looking for a smart and highly motivated enthusiast who is genuinely interested in AI models and their monetization. Your mission will be to take ownership of one specific traffic source — for example, Twitter/X — understand its algorithms inside out, and build a systematic traffic acquisition engine around it.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Research & Development: Complete specialized training programs funded by the company, study private communities and industry forums, and turn new knowledge into practical experiments.

* Hands-on Account Management: Initially manage networks of accounts through anti-detect browsers, warm up profiles, publish content daily, and interact with audiences while maintaining natural, human-like account activity.

* Technical Setup: Work with proxies, social platform limitations, account infrastructure, and methods for minimizing shadow bans and account restrictions.

* Analytics: Track conversion data, identify profitable traffic funnels and content formats, and determine which approaches generate the strongest audience response.

* Scaling: Once a manual traffic funnel proves profitable and repeatable, help transfer the workflow into automated systems using scripts and AI agents.

Who We’re Looking For

* Strong interest in the AI creator space: You understand or actively follow the virtual creator / AI model market, keep up with industry trends, and are interested in its monetization opportunities.

* Technical mindset: You already know — or can quickly learn — how anti-detect browsers, mobile proxies, User-Agents, cookies, and account infrastructure work.

* English: Confident B2+ level. You should be comfortable reading Western forums and communicating with English-speaking audiences on behalf of a digital creator.

* Autonomy: You do not wait for someone to explain every step. If an account gets banned, you investigate the reason, research possible solutions, suggest a new approach, and test it.

A Major Plus, But Not Required

Successful experience in traffic acquisition / affiliate marketing in grey-area or dating-related verticals, particularly with traffic sources such as:

Reddit, Twitter/X, Tinder, Badoo, Bumble, and Snapchat.

Experience working with Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or YouTube algorithms will also be a strong advantage.

About the Team and Role

You'll join the Core team — the team responsible for the services that sit at the heart of Solidgate's payment processing. Core services define what a payment is, integrate with numerous internal services for correct routing, run antifraud checks, and process payments through providers, covering card payments as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. This is the critical path for every payment on the platform, so the team's work directly defines the reliability and speed of the whole system.

The team is actively growing new functionality, supporting existing services, working down technical debt, and maintaining an SLO of 99.99%+ across all of its services. The stack is built around high-load, low-latency requirements: a microservices architecture with Kotlin as the primary language, Protobuf RPC over Buf/Connect, PostgreSQL as the main database, and Kafka for asynchronous processing, with fully automated production deployments and an advanced monitoring and observability setup. Infrastructure is continuously improved by a dedicated platform team, with IaC ensuring transparent, reproducible, and scalable management.

Your team — Product Manager, Tech Lead (Backend), three Backend Software Engineers (Senior), one Frontend Software Engineer (Middle), AQA Engineer, and System Analyst.

Your focus will be on:

• taking part in product decisions across the full development lifecycle

About the Project

We are looking for a highly autonomous Senior DevOps Engineer to join a cloud platform team and take ownership of critical infrastructure, automation, and deployment initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional infrastructure support and requires an engineer who can independently identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive projects from idea to production deployment.

You will work closely with development teams, contribute to platform reliability, developer experience, and operational excellence, helping shape the evolution of a modern cloud-native ecosystem built on AWS ECS Fargate.
 

Project Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a public API documentation pipeline using a docs-as-code approach, including OpenAPI specification aggregation, validation, bundling, and publishing through reusable GitHub Actions workflows.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement a public status page solution, including uptime monitoring, alerting policies, and incident management workflows.
• Manage monitoring and alerting infrastructure as code using Terraform while following established engineering standards and best practices.
• Support live production changes within AWS ECS Fargate environments, including service migrations, cluster modifications, load balancer updates, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Extend and integrate CI/CD automation as part of a large-scale migration from CircleCI to GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers and stakeholders, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout project delivery.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem analysis and architecture decisions to implementation, deployment, and production support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Deep expertise with AWS and ECS Fargate, including:
  • Service Connect
  • Service Discovery
  • Graviton and multi-architecture builds
  • Cluster architecture and scaling
  • ALB and NLB configuration
  • Target group management
  • Deployment and rollback strategies
• Proven experience performing live production migrations without downtime.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows, composite actions, and OIDC integration with AWS IAM.
• Solid Terraform experience within established enterprise codebases.
• Experience with New Relic (Synthetics, alert policies, NerdGraph, API/webhooks) or equivalent observability platforms such as Datadog or Grafana.
• Experience building and maintaining OpenAPI-based documentation pipelines and docs-as-code solutions.
• Strong understanding of production reliability, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
• Ability to independently own and deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
