Чим ти будеш займатись:

• Самостійно вестимеш повний цикл закриття вакансій різного рівня складності (від фахівців до керівників) у різних функціональних напрямах: IT, продажі, маркетинг, фінанси тощо;
• Повний супровід кандидатів і наймаючих менеджерів на всіх етапах рекрутмент-процесу: від брифінгу вакансії до прийняття оферу та виходу кандидата на роботу;
• Прийматимеш участь у вдосконаленні та оптимізації рекрутмент-процесів, впровадженні нових інструментів і підходів до підбору персоналу;
• Бибудовуватимеш та підтримуватимеш ефективну довгострокову взаємодію з кандидатами, наймаючими менеджерами та іншими учасниками процесу найму;
• Прийматимеш участь у реалізації ініціатив із розвитку бренду роботодавця (employer brand) та залучення талантів;
• Вестимеш рекрутмент-звітності, аналіз ключових показників підбору та підготовка регулярних звітів щодо статусу вакансій і результатів рекрутмент-активностей.

Від тебе чекаємо:

• Вища освіта;
• Англ мова на рівні не нижче B1 high (розмовний рівень);
• Досвід від 1-2х років. Досвід роботи з IT вакансіями буде перевагою;
• Досвід ведення повного циклу підбору персоналу (від брифінгу вакансії до виходу кандидата на роботу);
• Навички пошуку кандидатів через різні канали (job-сайти, соціальні мережі, професійні спільноти, рекомендації тощо);
• Досвід ефективної взаємодії з наймаючими менеджерами та побудови партнерських робочих відносин.

На тебе чекають:

Наразі шукаємо Embedded Engineer, який стане частиною лабораторії випробувань і відповідатиме за створення та надійність випробувальних стендів для оптичних тестів.

Основні обов’язки

Участь у розробці та втіленні стендів для дослідження, калібрування, фокусування теплових камер. що охоплює:

• Підбір компонентів (силові, логічні, плати керування )
• Інтеграція Інтеграція приладів і контролерів, базові скрипти на arduino/STM32, базове логування, автоматизація.
• Пайка компонентів.
• Доробка плат (проводи, micro-jumpers, заміна компонентів).
• Первинне електричне тестування плати (живлення, лінії даних).
• Участь у пусконалагодженні модулів з MCU (STM32/Atmega328).
• Підтримка інженерів у роботі з інтерфейсами:  I²C, SPI, UART.
• Ведення документації в циклі розробки.

• Взаємодія з виробництвом

   

Вимоги

• Досвід роботи з аналоговими схемами та практичне розуміння екранування, “земель” і наведень.
• Уміння читати даташити, специфікації та інтегрувати різнорідні компоненти в єдину систему; 
• самостійність у пошуку компонентів.
• Впевнена робота з вимірювальним інструментом (осцилограф, мультіметр)..
• Розуміння безпеки: захисти, заземлення, ізоляція, теплові режими компонентів, правила побудови аварійного вимкнення та інтерлоків.

• Досвід з температурними датчиками (RTD/термопари) або аналоговими вимірюваннями малих сигналів.

   

Буде перевагою

• Досвід з кліматкамерами/термостолами/циркуляторами, герметизацією та повітряними контурами (осушення/продувка).
• Досвід складання тестового обладнання/стендів з доведенням до стабільної експлуатації.
• Досвід інтеграції вимірювальних приладів (DAQ, логери, вимірювачі опору/напруги, інтерфейси Modbus), побудови надійного логування та експлуатаційних “health metrics” стенду.
• Досвід у лабораторіях з оптичними/сенсорними системами (камерами) як контекст, але не є обов’язковим.

• Досвід з CAD (механіка на базовому рівні) для випуску креслень/монтажних схем/панелей.
