We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Technical Project Manager to support the management of our global domain and hosting infrastructure. You'll build and own the UGC creator pipeline from scratch — sourcing, briefing, and managing 25+ active creators producing performance ad content for Meta and Google campaigns.

This is not a social media manager or casting agent role. You sit between creative strategy and production — you understand why UGC works in paid ads, how to brief creators so content doesn't look like an ad, and how to use performance data to improve what gets made next.

— Source and qualify UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram, Billo, JoinBrands, Insense, Fiverr, Bounty, Whop

• Organize founder participation in podcasts, interviews, and media placements — from outreach to negotiations
• Build relationships with media, podcast hosts, and content creators in the business and AI space

• Prepare press releases, announcements, and communication materials for external distribution

   

Distribution & Growth

• Distribute content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram, and other platforms
• Work with communities and discussions to amplify reach and engagement
• Launch and manage partnerships and collaborations that grow visibility and audience

• Continuously test new PR formats, approaches, and ideas — measure what works

   

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in PR, media, content, or growth-related roles
• Experience working with English-speaking markets — required
• Strong understanding of how modern social media platforms work
• Ability to think in terms of attention, distribution, and audience behavior
• Experience with media outreach, podcasts, or partnerships

• English C1 or higher — content creation, pitching, communication with native speakers

   

Nice to Have

• Existing network in business, tech, or AI media
• Experience working with founders or personal brands
• Understanding of viral mechanics and content performance
