Your Role

As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for the holistic development and implementation of modern software solutions- from architecture and deployment to operation. You will own the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of our Webflow template library.

- 2+ years of deep, hands-on Webflow Designer experience (beyond
just building sites — strong proficiency in the Designer tool itself)
- Solid command of CSS Grid, Flexbox, and modern responsive design
techniques
- Proven experience building CMS-driven Webflow sites (Collection Lists, dynamic content, template/reference pages)
- Experience creating and managing Webflow components with properties
- Working knowledge of CSS Variables and design token systems
- Strong eye for clean, modern, professional web design (healthcare/dental experience is a plus)
