SCOPE OF WORK

This engagement is focused on the initial development of the brand's visual identity and its digital dissemination channels. While this phase primarily addresses foundational architecture, there exists the potential for an extension into the production of the inaugural print publication ("Issue Zero").

Key Deliverables:

• Brand Identity & Style Guide: Design of the masthead, typographic systems, color palettes, and a proprietary iconography set (focusing on diplomacy, technology, and infrastructure).
• Newsletter Framework: Development of high-fidelity templates for digital briefings, optimized for dense information and multi-platform legibility.
• Podcast Visuals: Creation of a visual identity for an associated audio series, including cover art and social collateral.
• Publication Prototype: Development of a structural design framework and grid system for a quarterly print journal (mockup/prototype only).

• Digital Assets: Provision of design components for social intelligence channels and specialized landing pages.

• Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in project, delivery, or execution-focused roles
• Strong experience working with software engineers in real delivery contexts
• Background in AI, digital products, SaaS, or fast-moving tech environments
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments, where priorities change quickly and teams operate with high ownership.
• Ability to adapt structure and execution style to fast-moving, resource-constrained settings.
• Proven ability to drive execution end-to-end in non-classical setups
• Confident, hands-on use of AI tools in daily work (planning, documentation, analysis)
• Ownership mindset — you take responsibility until things are done
• Experience in a large or well-structured company, with the ability to apply that discipline flexibly
• Strong prioritization, organization, and execution judgment
• Experience with task or project management tools
• English: C1 (advanced, confident communication)

We are growing our Customer Success team and looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to support our customers and help them get the most value from our SaaS product. This is a remote position, and your schedule should overlap with U.S. working hours (16:00 to 00:00 Kyiv time).

What You Will Do

• Support customers via email, chat, and video calls. Help them solve issues and understand how to use the product.
• Onboard new clients: assist with account setup and basic training.
• Train users: run screen-sharing sessions and create simple help articles or FAQs.
• Build relationships: stay in touch with customers, understand their needs, and share feedback with the team.
• Monitor usage: identify customers who need help or are not active, and reach out with guidance.
• Work with the team: collaborate with Support, Product, and Sales when needed.
• Update CRM records and help prepare basic reports.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) — this is the main requirement! Comfortable speaking and writing every day.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Entry-level friendly — previous Customer Success experience is not required.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable learning new software and using CRM or support tools.
• Ability to work partially during U.S. business hours.
