Position overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who builds with AI in the loop — both as a daily development practice and as a product capability. You are fluent with coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and ship faster because of them, not despite them. You understand how to design, prompt, evaluate, and operate LLM-backed features in production — including model selection, context engineering, evals, guardrails, and cost and latency tradeoffs.

Beyond AI, you have deep Golang and React/TypeScript expertise and own features end-to-end: from understanding business requirements, through writing and testing code, to deployment and production monitoring. This role requires strong autonomy, proactive communication, and the ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions in a modern cloud environment.

We are looking for a Lead DevOps / Observability Engineer to lead the migration of the client's observability stack from New Relic and Datadog to Grafana, using technologies such as Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo.

This is a hands-on role combining:
- DevOps & platform engineering - deploying and configuring the new observability stack using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Application instrumentation - modifying application code to add or adapt metrics, logs, and traces.
- Migration & collaboration - rebuilding existing dashboards and alerts in Grafana and working with multiple engineering teams to ensure full monitoring coverage.

We are currently looking for a Senior Voice AI Engineer, Evaluation and Reliability to join a professional German-based product company team that designs innovative eHealth solutions for hospitals.

You will work on a stable healthcare product.

Senior level, and we mean it. You would own the evidence that this system is safe to put in front of

patients, on your own judgement, and tell us when the answer is no. That isn't a job we can hand to

someone still learning what to measure.

You would not be building a voice stack. We use a third-party voice platform that already handles the

telephony, the speech recognition and synthesis, and the knobs for end-of-speech detection and

interruption. What it does not do is tell us whether any of that is working well enough for patients, and it

gives us no way to check that a change hasn't made things worse. That's the job.

So you'd own the conversation and the evidence about it: how the assistant behaves when a caller

interrupts, corrects themselves or won't answer; how fast the whole thing responds once a round trip to

our backend is in the loop; and the body of test cases we run before every change.

You need

• To have run a phone or voice assistant that took real calls from real users, and to be able to tell us what its response time was and how you measured it. Having built the audio pipeline yourself is fine but not the point — we care that you know what to measure and what good looks like.
• To have tuned a voice system rather than only shipped one: end-of-speech detection, barge-in, how long to wait before assuming the caller has finished. You'd be doing this against a vendor's settings rather than your own code, and their own documentation says clean barge-in can't be guaranteed on phone audio.
• To know what happens to speech recognition accuracy when the audio comes down a phone line instead of a good microphone, and to have measured it rather than read about it.
• A way of testing conversation changes that doesn't rely on listening to a few calls and hoping. This is the centre of the role. Whatever form it took — a replay harness, a scored scenario set, anything — we want to hear how it worked and where it let you down.
• Enough Python to build that harness and the tooling around it.
• We are considering candidates who work through Ukrainian FOP.

Nice to have

• Having worked against a closed voice platform, with the frustrations that brings, rather than only your own stack.
• Telephony background: SIP , WebRTC, Asterisk, Twilio or similar. Useful for knowing why calls sound the way they do, though you would not be running any of it.

We're looking for a senior-level IFRS professional to own the Group's consolidated reporting and serve as a key point of expertise on technical accounting matters across the Group — someone who has independently prepared IFRS financial statements, handled complex and non-standard transactions, and is ready to lead the Group audit process rather than simply support it.

Hard skills

• English: B2 or higher.

• Practical experience with ERP systems: understanding financial reports (BS, P&L, General Ledger), the process of information entry (bills, payments, manual journals), ability to analyse and validate data extracted from ERP systems, and experience with ERP/consolidation modules (consolidation adjustments, multi-entity reporting).
• Solid understanding of financial statement preparation (BS, P&L, Cash Flow, Equity).
• Strong practical knowledge of IFRS, incl. complex, non-routine transactions.
• Experience preparing Group consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
• Strong understanding of consolidation principles: intercompany eliminations, FX translation, consolidation adjustments.
• Practical experience with revenue recognition under IFRS 15.
• ACCA, DipIFR or similar certification (completed or in progress).

• Experience using AI tools for accounting research, IFRS analysis and reporting process optimisation.
• Exposure to process automation and reporting optimisation initiatives.

What you need to do

• Preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements and related IFRS disclosures.
• Assessment and documentation of accounting treatment for complex, unusual and non-standard transactions in accordance with IFRS.
• Development, implementation and maintenance of Group accounting manuals, reporting instructions and IFRS methodologies.
• Leading the preparation of the Group audit package, coordinating audit requests and supporting external auditors throughout the Group audit process.
• Supporting Reporting Accountants in resolving complex IFRS matters arising during month-end, year-end and statutory reporting processes.
• Review of IFRS financial statements and disclosures prepared by Reporting Accountants to ensure consistency with Group accounting policies and IFRS requirements for smoothly audit proces.
• Support of the Group consolidation process, including consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and consolidation reconciliations.
• Monitoring new IFRS standards and regulatory developments, assessing their impact on the Group and implementing required accounting changes.
• Participation in automation, standardisation and optimisation of financial reporting, consolidation and technical accounting processes across the Group.

Your Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using .NET and React.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-quality backend and frontend components.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
