What you will do

You'll take full ownership of how Precoro connects to payment providers and processes transactions, making sure the payment layer scales reliably across our customers in 80+ countries.

What you'll do

• Own the Payments product area end-to-end - from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration
• Understand customer payment workflows across our global client base and translate them into a prioritized, ROI-driven roadmap
• Create and maintain integrations with payment providers, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance across markets
• Coordinate across Engineering, CS, Marketing, Sales, and external payment partners to keep the product ready for new markets and payment methods
• Define and track success metrics, using data to identify friction points and measure impact on adoption and revenue
• Lead your cross-functional team, setting a standard for clear documentation, sharp prioritization, and shipping with quality

What we look for

• Hands-on experience building or scaling payment integrations from scratch (routing, PSP/acquirer integrations, virtual cards, ACH, or cross-border payments) 
• 3-5+ years as a Product Manager, with a track record of shipping features end-to-end
• Strong ability to work with APIs and technical integrations, including the messy parts: partner limitations, versioning, error handling, reconciliation
• Critical thinking and comfort navigating ambiguous, multi-layered problems with no obvious shortcuts
• Outstanding skills in stakeholder management - you can align internal teams, and external partners around a shared roadmap
• Experience working with data to inform decisions - comfortable writing SQL queries or using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) for KPI analysis

We're looking for an SRE / DevOps engineer to build the reliability layer for a platform that commands live power plants. No unified log pipeline, no dashboard anyone watches, no rehearsed restore - the app runs in production, the layer underneath it is a set of habits. You decide what the observability stack looks like, what an alert may wake a person up for, and how failover is designed and tested.

Second part is physical: with the Infra Lead, dispatch control room - workstations, UPS, local network, secured remote access to plants. Grafana in one tab, a rack in the other.

About the Role

At iForAI, we help companies put AI into real products. Our team builds and integrates AI systems: copilots, agent platforms, retrieval-backed assistants, and document and workflow automation, working side by side with customer teams.

We’re hiring a Lead Backend Engineer to help drive that work. This is a hands-on role. You’ll guide a small backend team of 2 to 4 engineers, own backend architecture across services, and build the systems that put LLMs and agents into production workflows.

AI is changing how engineering teams work. The leverage today isn’t in typing code; it’s in clear specification, good judgment, and careful verification. If you have a strong backend background and you’re curious about working with AI day to day, we’ll bring you up to speed to the agentic coding by using AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small backend team (2 to 4 engineers).
• Own backend architecture and AI integrations: prompt and context handling, retrieval, orchestration, tool/function calling, evaluation, and observability.
• Design and run reliable backend services that support real production workflows.
• Use AI across the full development cycle (requirements, design, code, testing, debugging, and documentation) and help the team build the same habits. We’ll train you on this side if it’s new.
• Work with PMs and customer teams to turn unclear problems into concrete, shippable work.
• Take part in code review, architecture review, and technical writing.
• Help keep engineering standards healthy: tests, CI/CD, releases, and learning from incidents.

Requirements

• Backend experience: 5+ years building production backend systems.
• AI coding tools: day-to-day experience with Codex, Claude Code, or similar.
• Node.js / TypeScript with experience in a framework like NestJS, Express, or Fastify (Next.js is a plus).
• Databases: comfortable with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, and an ORM such as Prisma, TypeORM, or Drizzle.
• Caching and queues: working knowledge of Redis or a similar tool for caching and background jobs.
