• Own quiz funnel CRO: long flows (30–50+ steps), drop-offs, message-match from ad → first screens → paywall
• Own or iterate product surfaces: quiz screens, paywalls, checkout, onboarding, members area, subscription logic
• Run paywall / pricing / trial / rebill / upsell tests; watch cohort retention, refund rate, and payback — not only front-end CR
• Discover and kill themes using competitor research + retention/LTV signals (high CR that kills LTV → kill theme)
• Keep ad↔funnel compliance word lists current (personal attributes, claims, cancel/renew clarity)
• Partner daily with Meta UA and Creative Strategist on angles, hooks, and what the funnel needs from traffic
• Instrument and read Amplitude (or similar), ship A/B tests, turn hypotheses into live changes fast

Must-have

• Hands-on quiz and/or web subscription / paywall funnel experience (PMM, growth PM, or marketing operator)
• Proof you moved CR, paywall CvR, trial→paid, refund rate, or LTV with real tests — bring numbers / benchmarks from your verticals
• Comfortable with US Meta traffic economics and working next to buyers (you advise product; they own spend)
• English B2+ for daily written work with an international team

Nice-to-have

• Genesis-orbit or peers (Testora, Innerly, BetterMe, Nebula, Headway, PlantIn, Codefinity, etc.)
• FunnelFox / Adapty / AppsFlyer / GrowthBook / Plasmic (or equivalent)
• AI tooling for research, copy variants, and test speed — curiosity to learn is welcome

Not this role

Pure Meta media buyer, pure brand SMM, nutra VSL-only, gambling/iGaming, or engineering-only PM with no funnel CRO.

How to apply

Short note: products you owned, your seat (PMM / growth / operator), and 2–3 numbers (quiz CR, paywall CvR, trial→paid, refund, LTV/payback, or closest). We read every message.

We are a boutique Amazon full-service agency based in Munich, Germany, managing PPC, catalog, and marketplace operations for established D2C brands selling on Amazon in the DACH region. Our portfolio spans ~15 active accounts across multiple categories. Client communication is handled entirely by our internal German-speaking team — you will not need to speak German or talk to clients. Your job is strategy and execution, at the highest level.

The role

We are not looking for a bid-adjuster. We are looking for a senior operator who can own PPC strategy end-to-end across a portfolio of accounts:

• Build full-funnel campaign strategies (SP / SB / SBV / SD) from scratch for new accounts — structure, budget allocation, targeting logic, ranking vs. profitability goals
• Define target ACoS/TACoS per product based on margin data and product lifecycle stage
• Own ongoing optimization: bids, placements, budgets, negatives, search term harvesting, dayparting where relevant
• Run structured monthly performance reviews per account and translate them into concrete next actions
• Develop and document playbooks/SOPs so the approach scales beyond you
• Work with our account managers, who brief you on client goals and relay your results

What we expect (hard requirements)

• 4+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with at least 2 years managing multiple accounts in parallel (agency, aggregator, or freelance portfolio)
• Proven strategic ownership: you have designed campaign architectures and portfolio strategies, not just executed someone else's
• Fluent with break-even ACoS logic, TACoS steering, ranking campaigns vs. profit campaigns, launch vs. sustain phases
• Confident with bulk operations and at least one major tool stack (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Adtomic, Scale Insights, or similar)
• Comfortable reading search term reports, SQP data, and category dynamics — and drawing your own conclusions
• Professional English (written and spoken); working hours with strong CET overlap
• You operate as a registered contractor/sole proprietor in your country and can issue invoices

Nice to have

• Amazon.de / EU marketplace experience (vs. US-only background)
• Experience in an agency environment with client SLAs and reporting rhythms
• DSP or AMC exposure
• Experience training/leading junior PPC executors

What we offer

• €3,000–4,000/month, stable long-term retainer, paid monthly against invoice
• Full remote, flexible hours within CET overlap — no US-timezone night shifts
• Real ownership: you set the strategy, we back your calls
• A small, senior, low-politics team — no layers between you and decisions
• Growth path: build and lead our PPC unit as the portfolio grows

How to apply

Send us:

1. A short intro (5–10 sentences): your background, the account portfolio sizes you've managed, and the tool stack you work with
2. One anonymized case where you designed the strategy: starting situation, your strategic decisions (and what you deliberately did NOT do), results with numbers
3. Your availability and monthly rate expectation

Shortlisted candidates will receive a paid test assignment: we provide an account context (category, margins, goals, current structure) and ask for a one-page strategy outline. This is how we evaluate strategic thinking — there is no trick to it.
