ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Retention team and own the full visual side of the product, from banners for communications to game cards and promo materials. This position is suited for someone who can maintain a consistent, strong visual style across a high volume of tasks and turn briefs into clean, on brand visuals quickly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create banners for Retention communications, including email, push, SMS, in app, and pop ups
• Design promo visuals for campaigns, tournaments, special offers, and seasonal promotions
• Support CRM chains and trigger mechanics with visuals, working closely with the Retention team
• Design banners for the homepage, catalog, promo, and loyalty pages
• Create product blocks, game cards, and collection covers
• Design visuals for curated collections such as popular, new, and recommended
• Design visuals for provider promotions on the product
• Maintain a unified style for game cards, covers, and previews, adapted across categories such as slots, live, crash, bingo, and table games
• Monitor the overall visual consistency of the product across the website and app
• Regularly rotate and update banners and promo blocks, avoiding expired or duplicate content
• Adapt layouts for different screens and resolutions, including desktop, mobile, and app
• Prepare store assets such as screenshots and promo graphics together with product and marketing teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVE:

• Experience as a graphic or web designer, with a strong portfolio
• Confident skills in Figma and Adobe, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with banner and promo graphics, working with a high volume of visuals
• Understanding of layout principles and technical requirements for assets, including formats, size, and responsiveness
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and color, with the ability to work within brand guidelines
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent style across the whole product

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in gambling or betting, or in products with a high frequency of promotions
• Experience creating visuals for CRM or Retention communications
• Basic animation or motion design skills, such as GIF, Lottie, or short video banners
• Experience preparing visuals for mobile apps and app stores, including ASO graphics

Requirements

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, growth automation, RevOps, or SDR ops
• Hands-on with Clay (or similar enrichment tools) and n8n / Make / Zapier
• Experience with cold-email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist) and deliverability basics
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data wrangling; basic Python/JS is a plus
• CRM administration experience (HubSpot or similar)

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)

   

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end outbound pipelines: sourcing → enrichment → scoring → email + LinkedIn sequences
• Set up signal-based prospecting (funding, hiring, tech-stack triggers)
• Use LLMs to personalize outreach at scale
• Own deliverability, CRM data hygiene, and reporting (reply rates, meetings, pipeline)

• Experiment with copy, targeting, and channels; iterate on results
