Role

Role overview
The role is launched to ensure stable, scalable, and technically sound performance of the cold email outreach channel, with full ownership of infrastructure, deliverability, and performance optimization.
You will fully own the cold email infrastructure (40+ inboxes), maintain high domain health, control bounce rate, and ensure predictable pipeline contribution through structured performance optimization.

Your future responsibilities include:
Infrastructure & Deliverability Ownership

• Full ownership of the email channel infrastructure — from domain setup to qualified booked calls,
• Management of 40+ inboxes and domain rotation,
• Setup and maintenance of SPF, DKIM, DMARC records,
• Inbox warming and domain health monitoring,
• Continuous deliverability optimization (spam placement, sender reputation, blacklist monitoring),
• Bounce rate control and troubleshooting deliverability issues,
• Scaling outreach infrastructure while maintaining stability.
• Campaign Management & Optimization
• Launching and managing cold email campaigns on pre-built lead lists,
• Monitoring key metrics: open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, spam rate,
• Systematic A/B testing and performance optimization,
• Identifying bottlenecks in the outreach funnel and improving conversion to qualified calls.

Needed experience & skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in cold email outreach with direct infrastructure ownership,
• Proven experience managing 30+ inboxes simultaneously,
• Strong expertise in email deliverability and domain management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warming, bounce rate control),
• Experience with outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or similar),
• Experience setting up and managing Google Workspace or equivalent,
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar),
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making,
• Upper-Intermediate (B1-B2) English level for professional written and verbal communication,
• High level of autonomy and ownership.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience scaling outreach across multiple markets,
• Experience building SOPs for outreach infrastructure,
• Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and collaboration with Sales,
• Experience automating workflows between outreach tools and CRM.

N-iX is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java+React/Angular) to join our team.

This role is roughly 70% hands-on coding and 30% technical leadership - you will own architectural decisions, drive technical direction, and unblock the team while still shipping code daily. The team actively uses AI coding agents as part of daily development workflows to move faster and deliver higher-quality code — you will be expected to champion and advance this practice across the team. Currently, the team is international with developers and QA from Ukraine, Latin America, and the US. 

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full-stack developers: set technical direction, run design reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Hands-on development - write production code daily alongside the team
• Own architectural decisions for new features and system-level improvements
• Drive adoption of AI coding agents across the team, establish best practices and workflows for AI-assisted development
• Develop and review REST services supporting high-volume, low-latency web and mobile apps
• Design and implement DB schema changes (MS SQL Server) and oversee Flyway migration strategy
• Maintain and modernize the existing codebase, including planning migration paths for legacy modules
• Triage and lead resolution of production incidents
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other engineering teams to define, scope, and deliver features
• Conduct thorough code reviews and establish team coding standards
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong Java background
• 2+ years of experience in a tech lead or principal engineer role, mentoring developers and driving technical decisions
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in day-to-day development workflows - this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Deep proficiency in Java 11 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring JDBC)
• Practical experience working with React 18 OR Angular (Redux, Material UI, or similar component libraries)
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server and database design, including writing and managing Flyway migrations
• Experience with the Gradle build system
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, messaging patterns (Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS), and cloud-native architectures
• English language skills at an advanced level or higher - you will lead meetings and technical discussions
• Ukrainian language - Advanced or higher
