    Your Role
    We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer (QA) to elevate the quality of our platform through technical excellence, modern automation, and a strong focus on measurable results. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing test strategies, contributing hands-on to our test automation frameworks, and using AI to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient testing.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead quality strategy and technical direction for test automation across web, mobile, and API layers.

    What You Bring

    • Proven experience as a Senior or Staff-level QA Engineer in agile, fast-paced product teams.
    • Expertise in Playwright with strong JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.
    • Hands-on experience with BDD, including Cucumber or similar frameworks.
    • Experience using cloud-based cross-browser testing tools like BrowserStack.
    • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including integration of testing within Git-based workflows.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in testing efficiency and product quality.
    • Practical experience applying AI to software testing, e.g., test case generation, impact analysis, or risk prediction.

    Role overview
     We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Liquidity Squad and make sure every lead we generate is sold within 24 hours. You will own liquidity as a system - from product mechanics and pricing to buyer behavior and conversion flow. This role exists because liquidity is the core engine of our marketplace revenue, and we want it predictable, scalable, and fast.

    • Own the key squad KPI - % of leads sold within 24 hours - and drive it up week over week

       
    • Build and execute a roadmap focused on speed and measurable impact, not β€œnice-to-have” improvements

       
    • Improve lead packaging and trust signals to increase buyer confidence and purchase conversion

       
    • Optimize the buying experience end-to-end - funnel, UX, checkout, and repeat purchase behavior

       
    • Run high-velocity experiments - hypothesis, test, learn, scale or kill - with clear metrics

       
    • Partner daily with Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success to remove friction and increase liquidity

       
    • Apply AI and automation to scale liquidity - demand prediction, routing, pricing logic, and nudges
