    We are developing an advanced AI-native business communication platform that enables seamless collaboration between humans and intelligent agents in one unified space. The product combines high-performance data systems with modern UX to deliver context-aware experiences across teams.

    At the core of the platform is a unified memory layer that ingests, indexes, and updates user data in real time from services like Google Workspace, Hubspot, Linear, Slack, and others. We are building robust ingestion pipelines, vector database infrastructure, and a scalable architecture designed to handle millions of documents and thousands of users.

    This is a key role in establishing the foundation of the platform’s data infrastructure. It comes with a high degree of ownership, technical influence, and the opportunity to shape the architecture of a system built to process large-scale data with performance and reliability.

     

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience building production backend systems in Python.
    • Proven experience designing scalable, data-intensive systems.
    • Deep expertise in PostgreSQL optimization, schema design, and performance tuning.
    • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector).
    • Understanding of ML model applications: embeddings, retrieval, inference.
    • Experience building data ingestion pipelines (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Linear).
