We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full ownership of one of AIBY’s core product groups — up to $70M ARR consumer subscription business — and scale it into its next phase of profitable growth.

Your mission – maximize the Net Profit and Long-Term Value (LTV) of your multi-platform portfolio of apps across iOS, Android, and web by aligning product innovation with data-driven performance marketing.

Unlike a solo founder, you aren’t starting from zero. As a Business Unit CEO, you have:

• immediate access to AIBY’s historical data from 70+ apps to see what works
• centralized Legal, Finance, and HR so you can focus 100% on the product and the users

What you will do:

• P&L Ownership: you’re 100% accountable for the revenue, marketing spend, and operational costs of your unit
• Strategic Roadmap: define the “Why” and the “When”. You decide which features to build based on their projected impact on retention and monetization
• Growth & Monetization: work hand-in-hand with your UA Lead to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and Payback Periods. You’ll oversee the subscription funnel, A/B testing, and paywall optimizations
• Cross-Functional Leadership: build, structure, and scale a high-performing team across Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design
• Resource/ Capital Allocation Strategy: you have the autonomy to decide where to “bet” your resources. If a specific app in your unit is scaling, you pivot the team’s focus there immediately
• Partnership with the Board and Founders: you’re involved in strategic decision-making at the C-level, with direct impact on business metrics, financial results, and the product ecosystem

What you should have:

• 7+ years of experience in product-based B2C businesses (subscription, mobile/web)
• 3+ years in leadership roles with direct P&L ownership (CPO, CMO, GM, CEO, Product Director, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, etc.)
• Product-Marketing Hybrid expertise: you can speak “Engineering” to the devs and “ROAS” to the marketers. You understand how a product change affects ad performance and vice versa
• Proven 0→1 and scale-stage experience: launching new units, restructuring businesses, scaling early-stage products to meaningful revenue, or founding a startup
• Strong financial acumen: you live in the dashboards. You understand the nuances of cohorts, LTV/CAC ratios, and churn rates in a subscription-based model

• Engage directly with customers' Data Science and Analytics teams (including PhD-level experts). You must be able to confidently explain our methodology, model assumptions, performance results, and address their most technical questions, serving as a critical differentiator during sales and pilot phases.
• Present complex model results, performance metrics, and strategic trade-offs to key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner.
• Support the sales and pre-sales process by building compelling technical narratives that demonstrate our value proposition and deep expertise in the pricing domain.
• Stay hands-on: dive into code and architecture when needed - whether it's designing a new experiment, fixing a critical issue in the delivery pipeline, or prototyping a new idea.

What you have

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field with a focus on delivering value to production.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, capable of writing modular and readable code for experiments and prototypes.
• Familiarity Databricks data platform and Apache Spark.
• General familiarity with Data Mesh approach and ability to leverage its best practices in collaboration with data engineers.
• Solid mathematical background, preferably in a Computer Science-related field.
• Proficiency in the scientific Python toolkit, including NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and either Keras/TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of statistical testing methodologies, specifically A/B testing design.
• Familiarity with Time Series Forecasting approaches.
• At least 3 years of experience working with tabular and mixed (multimodal) data.

We are currently looking for an Account Manager for the defence market who will act as the link between our customers and our product and business teams. Our customers are defence and public-sector institutions with specific requirements, formal procedures, and a high cost of error. You will join the sales process early, take over the relationship once an agreement is reached, and make sure the customer consistently sees real value in working with us. 

You will report directly to the CEO.

Please note that this role is based in Kyiv and is not fully remote. Regular in-person meetings with customers, often on their premises, are an essential part of the job. Occasional business trips within Ukraine may be required.

What You Will Do

• Take part in sales meetings and presentations alongside the CEO and the sales team, and take over the customer relationship once an agreement is reached.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and keep communication regular and active.
