Що компанія шукає в тобі:

1. Досвід розвитку бізнес-продуктів від 2–3 років або досвід запуску щонайменше 1 продукту / сервісу. Важливо, щоб ти не просто брав(-ла) участь, а мав(-ла) ownership за напрям або продукт.
2. Досвід роботи з офлайн-ритейлом — буде перевагою. Це може бути запуск нових сервісів у мережі, розвиток категорій, партнерські продукти, нові комерційні формати або інші ініціативи, які масштабувалися через фізичну інфраструктуру.
3. Комерційне мислення: ти вмієш думати категоріями revenue, ROI, окупності, unit-економіки, P&L, дохідності на квадратний метр або іншими бізнес-метриками.
4. Продуктовий підхід: discovery, гіпотези, MVP, A/B-тести, пріоритизація, backlog, roadmap, go / no-go критерії — не лише на словах, а реальні інструменти, з якими ти працював(-ла).
5. Аналітичність: вмієш досліджувати ринок, аналізувати конкурентів, оцінювати потенціал і приймати рішення не “на відчуттях”, а через дані та бізнес-логіку.
6. Досвід партнерств буде великою перевагою: co-brand, rev share, rent, platform-моделі, комерційні колаборації, запуск спільних продуктів із брендами або партнерами.
7. Досвід взаємодії з IT-командами: роль не технічна, але більшість процесів у компанії зав’язані на IT, тому важливо не губитися в продуктових і технічних процесах.
8. Сильні комунікації: потрібно буде пітчити ідеї, захищати бізнес-кейси, працювати зі стейкхолдерами, операційкою, юристами, продуктом, IT та потенційними партнерами.
9. Helicopter view: важливо бачити не лише окремий продукт, а всю систему — клієнта, мережу, операційні обмеження, економіку, масштабування і потенційний вплив на бізнес.

Буде метч, якщо ти працював(-ла) у:

1. Великому офлайн-ритейлі або Retail-компаніях, де запускав(-ла) нові сервіси, партнерські продукти, комерційні формати або додаткові джерела доходу.
2. B2C-компаніях з великим клієнтським трафіком, якщо до цього був сильний досвід в офлайн-ритейлі.
3. Компаніях, де продукт знаходиться на стику бізнесу, операційки, клієнтського досвіду та IT.

Задачі на цій позиції:

Product Business Owner Retail-напряму — це людина, яка відповідатиме за пошук, перевірку, запуск і масштабування нових продуктів та сервісів на базі мережі відділень.

Перші 3 місяці:

1. Зануритися в бізнес, процеси компанії та можливості мережі відділень.
2. Провести discovery: зрозуміти, як працює мережа, які є типи відділень, аудиторії, трафік, локації, обмеження та потенційні точки монетизації.
3. Сформувати та пріоритизувати backlog продуктових і бізнес-ініціатив у напрямі retail на відділеннях.
4. Пропрацювати 1–2 продуктові ініціативи до рівня бізнес-кейсу: дослідження, клієнтський попит, економіка, модель запуску, потенціал масштабування.
5. Підготувати перші проєкти до delivery, запуску та подальшого масштабування після випробувального терміну.

In general:

1. Формувати портфель нових продуктів для розвитку мережі відділень.
2. Досліджувати гіпотези та визначати, які продукти мають бізнес-потенціал.
3. Будувати roadmap розвитку Retail Branch Ecosystem на 24 місяці.
4. Запускати нові продукти та сервіси для клієнтів мережі відділень.
5. Працювати з бізнес-моделями, unit-економікою, ROI та планом виходу продукту на прибутковість.
6. Розвивати партнерські моделі запуску продуктів: rev share, rent, platform, co-brand.
7. Координувати взаємодію між бізнесом, продуктом, операційними командами, IT, юристами та партнерами.
8. Валідувати попит, запускати MVP, приймати go / no-go рішення та масштабувати лише ті продукти, які мають підтверджену бізнес-модель.

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. In this role, you will create high-quality static marketing creatives for our mobile products, with a primary focus on MeChat (you can learn more about MeChat on our company page), combining strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered workflows. About the project

About the Company

We are a U.S.-based interstate Class 8 OTR trucking company with an international remote back-office team.

We are growing quickly and are now building a much more structured People organization. We need someone who can first make sure the fundamental HR function works correctly every day, while potentially taking ownership of additional areas as the company grows.

This position is intentionally flexible.

We are open to:

• a strong HR Generalist / People Operations professional who can independently run core HR;
• an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner;
• a People & Talent Manager who also brings strong recruiting capability;
• or a broader Head of People who can eventually own most of the People organization.

You do not need experience in every area listed below.

The final title, responsibilities and compensation will depend on what you have already done successfully and can independently own.

Core Responsibility — HR / People Operations

Regardless of seniority, HR is the foundation of this position.

You should already be capable of independently handling normal HR responsibilities without needing to be taught how HR works.

Core responsibilities include:

• Own employee onboarding from accepted offer through successful adaptation/probation.
• Coordinate offboarding and ensure all required steps are completed.
• Maintain employee records, offers, agreements, HR documentation and employee changes.
• Coordinate PTO, time off, attendance and schedule-related HR matters where applicable.
• Conduct new-hire orientation.
• Create onboarding checklists, follow-ups and probation processes.
• Maintain regular employee check-ins and 1:1 processes.
• Monitor employee adaptation, engagement and retention risks.
• Help managers address employee performance and accountability issues.

Level 1 — HR Generalist / People Operations

Primary focus:

Approximate compensation: $1,000–$1,500/month

Level 2 — HR & People Operations Manager / HRBP

Level 1 plus stronger ownership of:

manager partnering, performance systems, workforce planning, HR analytics, compensation processes, organizational development and process building.

Approximate compensation: $1,500–$2,200+/month

Level 3 — People & Talent Manager

Levels 1–2 plus substantial capability in:

full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, international hiring, management recruiting, recruiting systems/KPIs and potentially recruiter management.

Approximate compensation: $2,000–$3,000+/month

Level 4 — Head of People / All-in-One People Leader

Broad ownership across:

HR + HRBP + Talent Acquisition + recruiting leadership + organizational scaling + employer branding + HR analytics/systems/automation + management development and broader People strategy.

Relevant U.S. trucking experience would be a major advantage at this level.

Compensation may reach approximately $3,000–$4,000/month for candidates who can genuinely own this broader scope.

These are not automatic salary bands based on title or years of experience. Final compensation depends on verified previous responsibility, measurable results and the functions you can independently own.

Working Conditions

Format: Full-time, remote, long-term

• Proven track record of defining product vision, strategy, and multi-product roadmaps for technically complex products (developer tools, databases, data infrastructure, connectivity, or enterprise platforms), delivering measurable impact on revenue, retention, adoption, and business growth.
