About the role
This is not a pure administrative assistant role.
This role sits at the center of the AI & Advisory function and helps keep commercial, operational, and executive work moving. You will support the Global Head of AI & Advisory across scheduling, follow-up, pipeline coordination, proposal preparation, CRM hygiene, meeting logistics, internal handoffs, and high-quality business materials.
The right person is not waiting to be told every next step. They are the kind of operator who notices gaps, follows through, chases loose ends, keeps records clean, and helps senior people stay focused on the highest-value work.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales coordination, business operations, executive support, or commercial administration in a B2B, technology, or professional services environment.
 

What you will do
 

• Own scheduling and coordination for internal, client, partner, and prospect meetings
• Manage calendar logistics for the Global Head of AI & Advisory, including prioritization, rescheduling, preparation, and follow-up
• Coordinate meeting agendas, briefing materials, action items, and next steps so conversations turn into execution
• Help prepare polished proposals, presentations, briefs, and other external-facing business materials
• Maintain accurate records across HubSpot and related systems so meetings, outreach, follow-up, and pipeline activity are current and visible
• Support opportunity coordination across AI & Advisory, Business Development, Service Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery
• Track internal dependencies, approvals, and handoffs so opportunities and projects do not stall
• Monitor shared inboxes and help route, triage, and close the loop on inbound requests
• Support reporting and operational visibility across pipeline, activity, and priority workstreams
• Maintain organized folders, templates, collateral, and working documents for the AI & Advisory practice
• Coordinate logistics for client, partner, and internal events when needed
• Handle travel and expense coordination as required
• Help create structure where structure does not yet exist

What we are looking for
 

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, executive support, business operations, or commercial administration
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong organizational discipline and follow-through

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

This role has a clear growth path: starting with outbound sales and lead qualification, you'll gradually take on more ownership of the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing.

About the role

You'll own the front end of our US sales pipeline — from outbound prospecting to qualifying opportunities and, over time, growing into closing deals. About us

TeamCraft Roofing (TCR) is a commercial roofing contractor in the US - 300+ employees, projects in 30+ states, Fortune 500 clients. We are building the company's data and AI platform: AI agents in production over live business data, a document-processing service, a storm-response tool for the sales team, plus a data lakehouse and an in-house CRM currently being built.

About the role
You would join the platform team as its dedicated backend engineer, working directly with the core engineering team. The core of the role is the layer connecting our business systems, the data lakehouse, and the AI agents. It's a backend-first role - frontend is a small share of the work, but you shouldn't be blocked by it.

We build with AI coding agents as a normal part of the workflow, and we hold the quality bar anyway: agent-assisted or not, code ships reviewed, typed, and tested.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain connectors for ERP, CRM, HR, and field-operations data. Not all of these systems have clean APIs - part of the job is making ingestion reliable anyway.
- Design and ship REST APIs (FastAPI) serving AI agents and internal applications
- Implement RAG pipelines for document-based assistants
- Build the service layer of our in-house CRM
- Contribute to the lakehouse build (medallion architecture on Azure)

About the role

Our client is private equity investor backing growth-stage software companies. Their portfolio companies have strong product-market fit but, being young, lack consistent commercial KPI definitions — so there is no clear, comparable view of performance. This hands-on interim role brings standardized, board-grade commercial reporting into these companies one at a time, starting with ARR and "snowball" analytics, until the reporting is built, trusted, and handed over.

What you'll do

• One company at a time. Embed with a portfolio company and take it through the data maturity curve; each company is a discrete project, worked back-to-back with the next.
• Build the numbers. Create unified commercial reporting from the ground up, starting with ARR and snowball analysis (New, Upsell, Downsell, Churn) to give leadership an accurate view of performance.
• Find the truth. Work out who to ask and where the data lives; partner directly with the CFO or C-1 level and the company's data team where one exists.
• Get it right. Pull together, clean and reconcile data from disparate systems (billing, general ledger, contracts, CRM) into a single source of truth reconciled to the finance ledger — accuracy is the most important outcome.
• Hand over. Once built and validated, transfer ownership to the portfolio company and move to the next project.

• Finance & data expertise. Deep expertise in finance and in data and its analysis — able to stand behind your numbers and push back with C-level stakeholders on the strength of that expertise.
• SaaS metrics fluency. Confident with ARR, NRR, churn, snowballs and billings-to-revenue reconciliation.

Engagement details

• In 6 Months: Successfully drive at least 9 onboarding projects to a flawless Go-Live. Master the ability to identify client process gaps and proactively engineer workarounds. Create new, scalable deployment assets to speed up time-to-value for future accounts.

• Architect the CS Tech Stack & Tool Management: Own, configure, and optimize HubSpot and its integrations to establish a flawless, automated single source of truth for all customer data. You will also be fully responsible for the administration, procurement, and subscription management of all software and tools used by the Customer Success team.
• Build & Update CS Playbooks: Design, maintain, and scale operational playbooks, communication templates, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across every stage of the customer journey.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a solid engineering background and hands-on AI experience.
