    What you will do:

    • Develop new features for the marketing automation platform: resource management, campaign creation, analytics data processing etc;
    • Take ownership of integrations with third-party APIs and platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Appsflyer, Amplitude, etc.);
    • Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes;
    • Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of solutions by contributing to key technical and architectural decisions.


    What do you need to join us:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer using Node.js and NestJS;
    • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript;
    • Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Type ORM;
    • Experience with RxJS, Docker, AWS, or another cloud provider (hands-on cloud setup experience is a big plus);
    • Experience and willingness to work with 3rd-party APIs (e.g., Facebook, Google, App Store, etc.);

    Key Responsibilities

    β€’ Advanced Prompt Engineering: You will design complex, dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic to ensure the AI avatar provides high-quality, personalized motivation based on specific user inputs and context.

    β€’ Structured Outputs & Schemas: You will design an AI agent in a way to ensure the avatar's health and nutrition advice is predictable and fits the app’s logic.

    β€’ Observability & Debugging: Using Langfuse (or similar), you will perform deep debugging of LLM chains to identify bottlenecks and optimize for cost, latency, and context window usage. You will also develop scoring systems to identify and resolve logic errors or hallucinations in the avatar's reasoning.

    • Proofread content for keyword optimization per our guidelines
    • Apply on-page optimization by uploading new content and filling out page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, etc.
    • Track the progress of implementation of content plans, including the production of blog articles, generation of new website copy, and re-optimization of existing website copy
       

    SEO Performance Analysis Tasks
     

    • Compile monthly report data on traffic & rankings, analyze the results by providing well-researched theories for changes. Provide recommendations for responding to changes where warranted
    • Monitor traffic on client accounts, alert SEO team to any unusual patterns, and provide theories on potential causes
       

    SEO Account Manager Tasks
     

    • Assist with client relations as it pertains to SEO. Field client questions as received and communicate in other ways as needed in order to maintain and strengthen the relationships with each client
    • Act as a client advocate, consistently putting yourself in their shoes and making suggestions to the SEO team about how we can do even better for each client
