    Role positioning depends on your experience:

    What you will be responsible forRecruitment & Growth Strategy

    • Adapt and implement recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans (up to ~50 employees)
    • Plan hiring needs: timelines, approaches, and required resources
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles (from junior to senior)
    • Build and develop candidate sourcing channels

    Requirements
