Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience delivering customer-facing AI solutions, including 5+ years in a leadership or equivalent strategic role guiding teams and driving end-to-end AI initiatives.
• Deep technical expertise across AI models, algorithms, and tooling, with strong proficiency in at least one major cloud provider’s AI/ML ecosystem (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Compliance & Partnership Operations Specialist to own and coordinate critical workflows across security/compliance operations and partnership submission processes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving documentation-heavy, process-driven work with multiple parallel stakeholders. You will work directly with the Head of Operations, external partners, auditors, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to keep important business and compliance initiatives moving.

Your core focus will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Security and compliance responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day coordination of security and compliance operations, including Drata maintenance, evidence follow-up, policy updates, and readiness tracking.
• Review auditor comments, findings, and requests, and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, and leadership.
• Support ongoing work related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and similar frameworks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
• Maintain documentation hygiene across policies, controls, supporting evidence, and related compliance materials.
• Communicate clearly with auditors and internal team members on open items, status changes, and required actions.
• Help drive internal accountability on security and compliance follow-through, especially where multiple teams are involved.

Partnership operations responsibilities:

• Own partnership onboarding and submission workflows from start to finish: questionnaires, applications, forms, supporting materials, follow-ups, and status tracking.
• Coordinate partnership-related processes with external platforms, ecosystems, and marketplaces, for example Salesforce AppExchange, SAP, and similar partner programs.
• Prepare, review, and submit required documentation and keep internal stakeholders aligned on deadlines, requirements, and next steps.
• Track multiple partnership processes in parallel and maintain clear written updates on progress, blockers, and follow-ups.
• Help structure repeatable internal workflows for partnership submissions and external ecosystem applications.

Talent sourcing support responsibilities:

• Support hiring workflows by sourcing relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other platforms.
• Build targeted candidate lists based on role requirements, screening logic, geography, seniority, and relevant domain background.
• Conduct structured profile screening and shortlisting, highlighting why a candidate may or may not fit the role.
• Maintain organized sourcing pipelines, notes, and outreach support materials when needed.
• Work closely with leadership on research-heavy hiring tasks for priority roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in compliance coordination, security/compliance operations, partnership operations, audit support, business support, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong ability to manage structured processes with many moving parts: deadlines, forms, documents, owners, follow-ups, and external dependencies.
• Experience working with documentation-heavy workflows, including questionnaires, applications, internal records, audit materials, policies, or supporting evidence.
• Comfort working with security/compliance topics at an operational level, for example Drata, audit preparation, policy maintenance, evidence collection, and auditor communication.
• Experience coordinating partnership submissions, marketplace applications, vendor onboarding workflows, or similar external process-driven initiatives is a strong plus.
• Strong written English, with the ability to produce clear, precise, professional communication in a remote-first environment.

What you'll actually do

You'll own content strategy and production for 2-3 client projects at a time. That means you're responsible for the full picture: what content gets created, why it gets created, and whether it performs.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Running keyword and topic research to find what's worth writing about (and what's not)
• Creating content that ranks in search AND gets cited by AI models. These are two different problems, and you'll need to think about both.
• Building and using AI-powered workflows for content production. We don't write everything from scratch — we use Claude, custom prompts, and other tools to move fast without losing quality.
• Analyzing existing content against our quality scoring framework and figuring out what needs to change
• Working with the team on content audits, industry page creation, and site-wide SEO improvements
• Communicating with clients directly on content progress and strategy (preferred, not mandatory from day one)

You won't just be writing. You'll be thinking about why a page isn't performing, what signals AI models use to decide who to cite, and how to structure content so it works for both humans and machines.

Who this role is for

You've done SEO content work before. Maybe at an agency, maybe in-house. You understand how search works, you can write well, and you've started using AI tools in your workflow — not as copy-paste, but as a way to work smarter.

More specifically:

• You understand SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization. You don't need someone to explain what a SERP is.
• You can write clearly and with purpose. Not keyword-stuffed filler. Actual content that answers questions and sounds like a thinking person wrote it.
• You've worked with AI writing and research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, or similar). You know how to prompt, edit, and improve AI output — not just accept whatever it gives you.
• You're curious about how AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) decides what to cite and how to optimize for it. You don't need to be an expert here. We'll teach you. But you need to find it interesting.
• You're comfortable building simple automations or workflows with AI tools. If you've played with AirOps, Make, or built your own prompt chains, that's a plus.
• You can manage your own time across multiple projects without someone checking in every hour.

• If you see content as "just writing articles," this won't work. The job is closer to content operations than copywriting.

BACKGROUND:

The U.S. Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine (CCI) Activity began in May 2020. The purpose of the CCI Activity is to reduce, and ultimately eliminate, cybersecurity vulnerabilities in Ukraine’s critical infrastructure sectors. In the same way that cyberattacks drove Estonia to innovate cybersecurity practices, systems, and entrepreneurship as the backbone of its digital transformation. 

The CCI Activity continues to improve the cyber-resilience of Ukraine and its critical infrastructure sectors through three interlinked, mutually reinforcing objective areas that address legal, policy, institutional, workforce, and market gaps to strengthen long-term national resilience.

Building on progress achieved from 2020 to 2026, and under the Department of State, the Activity will continue implementation of these objectives while aligning them with U.S. foreign-policy priorities for trusted technology, supply-chain security, and transatlantic digital integration.

Objective 1: Create a safe, trusted environment to accelerate the development of people, processes, and technology to support cybersecurity across CI sectors and assets in Ukraine.

Objective 2: Strengthen Ukraine as a sovereign nation built on a secure, protected, and dynamic economy, supported by a talented pool of human capital.

Objective 3: Stimulate demand for and supply of Ukrainian cybersecurity solutions and service providers to empower, equip, and finance cybersecurity entrepreneurs and businesses

The CCI Activity consists of three complementary, mutually reinforcing, and integrated components:

Component 1: Strengthen the Cybersecurity Enabling Environment

This component enhances Ukraine’s ability to protect and modernize its civilian digital infrastructure by embedding U.S. and allied cybersecurity standards into the governance, architecture, and operational systems of critical infrastructure (CI). It prioritizes the divestment of high-risk digital assets and the adoption of secure-by-design technologies that advance trusted supply chains, secure communications, and resilient public services in line with U.S. strategic and commercial interests.

Component 2: Develop Ukraine’s Cybersecurity Workforce

This component builds the institutional and technical foundation for a civilian cyber workforce capable of securing Ukraine’s critical infrastructure during wartime and sustaining digital resilience throughout long-term recovery. It anchors that workforce in U.S.-backed standards, trusted technology principles, and interoperable training models aligned with allied strategic frameworks. All workforce development activities under this component shall be focused on applied operational capability and demonstrable use of skills, rather than academic, theoretical, or strategy-only training outcomes.

Component 3: Build a Resilient Cybersecurity Industry

This component strengthens Ukraine’s domestic cybersecurity and dual-use technology sector as a frontline contributor to national resilience and a trusted partner in U.S. and allied digital ecosystems. It aims to reduce Ukraine’s reliance on high-risk and adversary-origin platforms, and position select Ukrainian firms as interoperable contributors within U.S. and allied technology supply chains where this serves U.S. strategic, security, and commercial interests.

1. Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Cybersecurity Workforce Development Lead, the Secure Technology Programs Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development, coordination, and delivery of specialized training programs focused on the secure integration and operational use of advanced technologies, including autonomous systems and artificial intelligence applications. This role involves leading the design of comprehensive curriculum frameworks in close collaboration with technical subject matter experts, ensuring that training content reflects current operational requirements, policy guidance, and industry best practices. The Manager oversees all aspects of program implementation, including partner engagement, logistics coordination, resource planning, and quality assurance, while maintaining a focus on continuous program improvement informed by participant feedback and evolving technology standards. This position requires the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government partners, technology vendors, and international counterparts, to ensure training programs are responsive to emerging needs and aligned with broader organizational goals. The Manager is expected to demonstrate strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps and opportunities within the secure technology training landscape.

1. Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Secure Technology Programs Manager include but are not limited to:

• Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs focused on the secure use and operation of emerging technologies, including autonomous systems and artificial intelligence
• Develop curriculum frameworks and training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, participant coordination, and resource planning
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, incorporating feedback to continuously improve training outcomes
• Engage with partner organizations and vendors to support training delivery and technology integration
• Ensure training content reflects current best practices, policy guidance, and operational requirements

1. Qualifications:

• Master or higher educational degree in cybersecurity, information security management, public administration, or related field;
• At least 1 to 4 years of program management experience;
• At least 3 years of experience with international technical assistance projects (preferrable in USG-funded projects);
• Experience and proven ability to manage complex projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results on time and within budget
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, private sector organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders involved in critical infrastructure cybersecurity
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to set priorities and deal with multi-tasks
• Solid communications skills, including written and editing skills
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong English-language speaking and writing skills
