About the role

We are looking for a senior commercial leader to build and scale our go-to-market function from scratch. This role combines Sales + Marketing leadership at early growth stage: you will design the strategy, build the operating system (funnels, CRM, playbooks), and hire the team to execute.

• Lead structured workshops and maintain regular communication with stakeholders and the development team to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
• Investigate existing proof of concepts and relevant documentation to deliver comprehensive analyses of product positioning, target users, and competitive landscape.
• Translate business needs into detailed product structures, user stories, and use cases, while defining the MVP’s functionality, epics, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with UX designers or independently create dynamic, interactive prototypes (preferably in Axure RP) to visualize and refine user journeys and feature flows.
