We're building an AI system that reads content and automatically determines:
 

1. Whether it contains a paid endorsement (yes / no)
2. What type of endorsement it is, based on our classification spec
3. Which brand it refers to — matched against our existing brand database, with a suggested new brand name when there's no match
    

We already have a labeled set of examples across the different endorsement types that you can use for training and evaluation. 
 

What you'll do

• Build a classification pipeline that flags paid vs. non-paid endorsements and categorizes endorsement type per our specification
• Build brand matching (entity resolution) against our database using fuzzy and/or semantic matching, with a "suggest a new brand" fallback when nothing matches
• Use our labeled examples to train and/or tune the system, and set up an evaluation framework so we can measure and improve performance per task
• Process large volumes of entries efficiently and cost-effectively

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager in iGaming.
• Has proven experience working with CA, DE and AT markets.
• Has a strong understanding of affiliate management, traffic arbitrage and performance marketing.
• Has hands-on experience with analytics and affiliate technology such as Postback, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro or similar platforms.
• Can analyse traffic performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Has strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Understands the financial side of affiliate partnerships and works with clear performance goals.
• Takes ownership of results rather than simply managing relationships.
• Is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

• Has English at B2 level or higher.

Your mission is to turn testing and data into profitable acquisition across Tier-1 markets, with a strong focus on Canada.

You’ll own campaigns from planning and launch through optimization and scaling, with direct impact on acquisition performance and revenue.

What You’ll Own

• Planning and executing paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook (Meta) for Gambling in a policy-compliant way.
• Working across iOS, PWA and Android flows.
• Building, testing and scaling bundles including angles, creatives, pre-landers, landers and funnels.
• Optimizing campaigns against CPA/FTD, ROAS, CTR, CVR and payback targets.
• Running structured A/B and multivariate testing.
• Managing and pacing $30k+ monthly budgets with clear caps, rules and daily P&L control.
• Setting up and maintaining tracking in Keitaro and/or Binom.
• Ensuring clean attribution and reliable campaign reporting.
• Analysing cohorts and GEO/channel performance.
• Making daily scale/kill decisions based on data.
• Working closely with Design on static, motion and UGC creatives.
• Collaborating with CRM on retargeting initiatives.
• Working with Product and BI on dashboards, reporting and performance insights.
• Sourcing and validating new traffic sources, placements and whitelists.

• Negotiating with traffic source representatives where relevant.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2+ years of media buying experience in the Gambling vertical, primarily with Facebook (Meta).
• Has proven experience launching and optimizing iOS, PWA and Android apps or flows.
• Has recent successful campaigns from the last 2–3 months that you can walk us through — from goal and setup to results.
• Has hands-on Tier-1 experience, with Canada (CA) being a must.
• Has practical experience with Keitaro and/or Binom.
• Is comfortable managing $30k+ monthly budgets with disciplined testing and daily optimization.
• Can consistently find and generate new bundles across angles, creatives and flows.
• Understands performance metrics and can make fast scale/kill decisions.
• Takes ownership of results and can work independently.
• Is reliable, execution-focused and comfortable working at speed.

• Communicates clearly in written and spoken English.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with allowlists, policy approvals and responsible-gaming messaging for Tier-1 markets.
• Familiarity with spy tools such as Adplexity or Anstrex.
• Experience working with UGC and motion creative pipelines.
• Experience with GA4, Looker, Tableau or advanced spreadsheet analysis.

• Strong understanding of creative testing and performance-driven production workflows.
