The role
You’ll be a hands-on Fullstack TypeScript Developer reporting to the Tech Lead or CTO. You’ll build and maintain core platform features, working across frontend and backend to ship reliable services for iGaming partners. Expect a mix of coding, debugging, and collaborating on iterative releases.

What you’ll do
Develop and maintain fullstack applications using TypeScript, including backend APIs and frontend interfaces.

• Fluent English (B2—C1) for daily client communication.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
• Willingness to travel to international conferences and expos.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and optimization of operational processes for the entire team (40+ people);
• Resource management and task distribution among teams;
• Preventive identification and neutralization of crisis situations, creation of emergency response plans;

• Tracking KPIs and budgets, analyzing process efficiency;
• Synchronization of work between departments to achieve strategic goals;

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an operations or project manager in IT field;
