As we continue to grow and launch new strategic projects in Ukraine and abroad, we are expanding our Marketing Team and inviting a Junior Marketing and PR Specialist.

We don’t expect you to have extensive work experience, but we value your strong academic background in marketing and PR (university/courses) and your passion for making the world a better place by contributing to digital transformation projects for Ukrainian and international businesses.

The primary goal of Innoware’s marketing department is lead generation. In our work, we focus on inbound marketing and utilize most of the tools associated with this methodology.

So, what will be your first tasks in the position? 

With the support of experienced colleagues, you will:

• Manage marketing plans, ensure they remain up-to-date, and track their status.
• Create unique content for all of Innoware’s and our partners’ information platforms.
• Maintain a media database, monitor publications, and manage a link database.
• Participate in organizing online and offline events hosted by Innoware.
• Take an active part in both online and offline business events – represent the company, and communicate with event participants.
• Engage in Sales Team activities, thereby deepening your understanding of the company’s products.
• Participate in organizing internal PR.

You will also:

• Work closely with the Sales, Projects, and HR teams to create content.
• Keep up with trends in the market, social media, and online services to stay informed.
• Learn about the solutions and services offered by Innoware.
• Continuously learn and grow in the fields of marketing and PR.

Our expectations regarding your knowledge and skills: 

• You are currently pursuing a master’s degree or have already completed your studies in Marketing, PR, Journalism, Economics, or IT.
• You have a strong foundation in marketing and PR, gained through university studies and/or courses.
• You have a strong academic record, as well as solid analytical and logical skills.
• You are actively interested in marketing – you participate in student programs, internships, hackathons, and other marketing/PR events.
• Digital tools: you are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; you can create basic visual content in one or more graphic design programs. 
• Your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher, and you are fluent in Ukrainian.

Soft skills: we are looking for a responsible, outgoing, and proactive person who is open to new knowledge and technologies and eager to grow in B2B marketing.

1. Managing VIP Players

• Daily communication via chat & email (EN)
• Warm, personal messages and soft-touch engagement
• Celebrations, check-ins, answering questions, and guiding players through their journey

2. Working With Bonuses

• Issuing SC/FS within clear, structured limits
• Keeping accurate records of every decision
• Following the no–double-subsidizing policy

3. Player Monitoring & Activity Tracking

• Watching for purchase patterns, drops in activity, and unusual behavior
• Handling players across Tier 4 → Tier 1
• Updating player profiles, adding notes, preferences, and risk insights

4. Anti-Abuse & Anti-Fraud Awareness

• Spotting red flags early
• Avoiding bonus allocation to questionable accounts
• Escalating suspicious cases to Head of VIP / Compliance

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Passing cases to Support, Finance, Compliance when needed
• Following internal VIP flows smoothly and consistently
