The CMO will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, drive lead generation, build brand awareness, and foster strong customer relationships.

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies to expand market share and enhance brand awareness for a a few products, with the primary focus on the Proxima Cloud CRM
• “Listening” to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the company
• Liaising with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
• Provide regular updates to the executive team on marketing performance and strategy impact
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Define quarterly targets, performance metrics, and go-to-market strategies
• Develop and execute a content strategy aligning marketing and PR efforts with business goals to boost industry recognition
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to create materials, presentations, and tools for acquiring new B2B clients
• Oversee brand identity and ensure messaging consistency across all platforms
• Lead the development of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and ABM
• Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote the company and its products
• Identify and manage participation in relevant industry events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (CRM domain strongly preferred; Pharma CRM is a plus); 3+ years in a Director/Head role.
• Proven experience in US market is a must.
• Hands‑on implementation of MAP and lead lifecycle: scoring, MQL/MQA, routing SLAs, attribution, CRM integration and data hygiene.
• Built and scaled Bowtie‑style revenue engines across pre‑sale and post‑sale loops with measurable impact on pipeline, ARR and NRR.
• Leadership across Demand Gen/ABM/SEO/Paid/Content; running integrated enterprise campaigns with clear revenue accountability.
• Compliance experience: MLR governance, GDPR/consent; understanding of Pharma B2B boundaries.
• Data‑driven operator with strong executive communication to CEO/CCO/CPO; comfortable with funnel math and forecasting.

Description:

As part of the ongoing effort to modernize the embedded software in advanced scientific equipment, this sub-project focuses on improving the software and firmware update process for factory-configured devices.
Currently, updates are applied manually in a sequential manner, which limits scalability and increases operational effort. This initiative aims to design and implement a (semi-)automated update mechanism capable of performing parallel deployments across multiple units, significantly reducing installation time and improving consistency.
Key goals include minimizing manual intervention, ensuring reliable version control and compatibility checks, and enabling efficient, scalable rollouts within production environments. The resulting system will enhance maintainability and operational efficiency for high-value devices in complex manufacturing workflows.
 

Requirements:

– IT experience 7-10 years, with the last 4-5 years in Digitalization and Modernization space.
– Strong enterprise-level Solution Architecture skills, including technical architecture (e.g. backend, frontend, infrastructure, data) with exposure to business architecture.
– Strong knowledge of design patterns and quality attributes with ability to immediately provide trade-off analysis and solutioning for large and complex systems.
– Experience with Emerging Technology applications (e.g. IoT, Big Data, Gen AI, Microservices, Cloud, Security, etc.)
– Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
– Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams

Your expertise:

• High personal interest in quantitative and algorithmic approaches

• Experience from 2 years with Data Science activities, including data research and analysis, algorithmic strategy prototyping and backtesting
• Experience with creating and supporting algorithmic strategies, including their risk management
• Experience in systematically monitoring and evaluating the performance of algorithmic strategies with a set of KPIs

• Experience with SQL, Pandas / NumPy / SciPy, and backtesting frameworks

• Experience with effectively managing delta-neutral and grid strategies
• Experience in the management of a portfolio of algorithmic strategies
• Experience with data science for Agentic AI and Machine Learning

• Systematically monitor and analyze strategy performance metrics, research and generate hypotheses for improvement, and iteratively test hypotheses
