Команда має 15+ років досвіду у iGaming, власні процеси та підходи. Ви станете частиною синергії технічної та креативної експертизи 

Де приймаються технічні рішення?

• Високорівневі рішення - спільно з Лідом з нашої сторони та Лондонською студією

• Середній та низький рівень - зона відповідальності команди та вас особисто

   

За умовами:

• Бюджет: $500/міс 
• Випробувальний термін: 1 місяць
• Овертайми: не практикуються і не плануються
• Графік: базово 9:00–18:00, гнучко
• Віддалена робота: кілька днів на тиждень, можливість повного ремоуту повністю
  Відпустка: 15 робочих днів на рік (20 після 3 років)

Зараз ми в пошуку User Acquisition Manager.

Які виклики тебе чекають:

— Створення, керування та оптимізація рекламних кампаній у Meta Ads;
— Тестування нових каналів та технологій;
— Аналітика ключових показників в усіх каналах: LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS і ROI/ROR тощо;
— А/В тестування різних воронок та стратегій;
— Участь у побудові маркетингової стратегії разом із командою.

Що для нас важливо:

— Від 2-x років досвіду роботи у сфері perfomance marketing, маркетингу, аудиту або аналітики (досвід Big 4 або Big 3);
— У тебе підприємницький майндсет — тобі комфортно розвиватися і масштабуватися там, де раніше нічого не було;
— Досвід роботи з рекламними платформами Meta Ads, TikTok Ads тощо;
— Сильні аналітичні здібності: досвід роботи з даними, цифрами, метриками;
— Англійська рівня Intermediate+.

Ми шукаємо системного та проактивного Operations / Executive Assistant, який буде допомагати Head of SEO / Head of Delivery у швидкозростаючому iGaming-проєкті.

Основна задача ролі — зняти операційне навантаження з керівника, структурувати інформацію, координувати задачі та доводити їх до результату.

Робота включає різноманітні задачі: від роботи з даними до ресерчу та підготовки текстів.
