About the role 

We're building a mobile-first financial product from the ground up — a consumer fintech app where people deposit funds, get a Visa/Mastercard card, send money to each other and trade all in one  place. It's an early-stage product with serious ambition and we want a senior Flutter engineer who  has shipped complex high-stakes mobile apps and wants real ownership of how this one gets built. 

This is hands-on engineering not a management seat. You'll own core flows end to end, make  architecture calls and set the quality bar on a product where a bug can cost a user real money.

Вимоги

• Від 3 років досвіду в аналітиці даних або суміжних ролях
• Впевнене знання SQL
• Досвід роботи з BI-інструментами: Power BI / Tableau / Looker
• Розуміння принципів data modeling та ETL-процесів
• Досвід роботи з великими обсягами даних
• Базове розуміння статистики та метрик
• Вміння презентувати висновки зрозумілою для бізнесу мовою

Буде перевагою

• Досвід роботи з Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Досвід роботи в продуктових або державних digital-проєктах
• Розуміння продуктових метрик та KPI

Коротко про роль:
Ти працюватимеш з портфоліо пов'язаних утиліт (iOS, Android, Web): занурюватимешся в дані, будуватимеш дашборди, формулюватимеш і перевірятимеш гіпотези через A/B тести, трекатимеш ключові метрики (CR, ROI, LTV, Retention) та допомагатимеш команді ухвалювати швидкі, обгрунтовані даними рішення. Це можливість швидко вирости і бути частиною команди, яка створює топові продукти на ринку. 

Твої задачі:

• Планувати, запускати та аналізувати A/B тести;
• Розвиток аналітичної інфраструктури продукту;
• Аналіз продуктових і маркетингових показників (CR, ROI, LTV, Retention);
• Створення продуктових дашбордів та регулярних звітів;
• Дослідження користувацької аудиторії та генерація гіпотез для росту продукту;
• Робота над Retention та підвищенням залученості користувачів.

Що очікуємо від тебе:

• Досвід Product Analyst або Data Analyst від 9 місяців;
• Впевнене володіння SQL, досвід з Amplitude або подібними інструментами;
• Знання теорії A/B тестування, оцінки гіпотез, статистичних методів;
• Досвід з аналітикою мобільних додатків (веб — буде плюсом);
• Вміння формулювати чіткі та конкретні аналітичні висновки та actionable insights;
• Досвід взаємодії з маркетингом: трафік, юніт-економіка, монетизація;
• Розуміння продуктових метрик та впливу аналітики на бізнес;
• Готовність працювати автономно, проактивність, адаптивність до змін;
• Ініціативність, бізнес-мислення, бажання і небоязнь брати відповідальність, готовність до викликів.
