About the role

We are building our business intelligence capability from the ground up and have not yet committed to a BI platform. We're looking for a hands-on BI expert who has worked across multiple BI tools, can evaluate the options against our real needs — data security, scalability, cost, embeddability — recommend the right stack, and then implement it end to end.

This is both a decision-making and a build role. You won't inherit a fixed toolset; you'll help define it.

AdShip is a Dutch agency running Google Ads for 34 dropshipping and D2C stores, with around EUR 200,000 in monthly ad spend across the accounts. We are looking for one person to own that delivery. You are being hired to become the person who runs AdShip. The owner does that today and wants to hand it over. Within six to twelve months you own delivery end to end and the title becomes COO.

The job has three parts

• Watch the AI. Most small accounts are optimised by an automated layer that makes changes on its own inside guardrails. You read every run, judge whether the change was right, and tighten the guardrails when it was not.
• Run the big accounts yourself: structure, bidding, budget, scaling.
• Steer one part-time specialist and review his work.

On top of that comes the part nobody is doing right now: making the service better. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build a structured, high-performing marketing function that accelerates growth across our entire business portfolio — both B2C and B2B.

This is not a single-product marketing role.
