About the Role 

We’re looking for a CRM Associate to join our marketing automation team and take ownership of campaign execution, lifecycle communications, and promotional strategy across our trading platform. 

This role is hands-on. You’ll be building, launching, and optimizing campaigns inside Braze, while shaping how we communicate with users across the full lifecycle — from onboarding to retention and reactivation. 

What You’ll Do

• Build and launch campaigns across push, email, in-app, and SMS using Braze

What We’re Looking For

As a Systems Engineer — Motor Control and Power Conversion in our Lviv team, you’ll create innovative demos and concepts for leading customers using advanced microcontrollers and power electronic components. Your Role

• Develop, optimize and fine-tune motor (BLDC, PMSM) control algorithms for sensor and sensor-less configurations

Your Profile

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electric Drive, Electric Mobility, Control Systems or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in the field, past work in developing microcontroller/DSP based systems for motor control application is preferred
• Familiarity with modern DC-DC conversion topologies
• Hands-on experience with lab debug equipment, such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, protocol analyzers
• Schematic entry in CAD (Cadence Allegro, Altium, KiCad) would be plus

As an Operations / Payments Support Manager, you will operate at the core of our payment infrastructure, ensuring the stability, availability, and correct functioning of payment providers across all brands. Acting as a real-time operational layer between payment providers, internal technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will monitor transaction flows, respond to incidents, minimize downtime, and maintain smooth payment operations.
